9/25/24 update- I gave them another chance. I didn't learn my lesson. I'm asking way to much from this place I guess. Nothing seems to ever get done to remedy these issues. First off if I spend $18.75 on a damn order I expect it to be correct. Especially when I verified it 3 times. When I ordered, when they brought me my change and when they gave me the order,call from the same person. I'm done with this place. So many chances and can't seem to get it right. Maybe the owner needs to step foot in their restaurant. If I had the time I'd literally take this order into the restaurant and dump every bit of it on there floor for wasting my time. Hey Eageans you guys use to be a great place now you've turned into every other crappy burger place that seems to hire employees who are just not capable of a simple order.
Typically the foods great, hot, and fresh. However this evening was absolutely horrible. As busy as it is one would think the food would be hot. Not the case by all means tonight. I know these burgers can get messy, but when they make a mess before wrapping the burger so the whole thing is covered and don't even take the time to put it in a new wrapper, it shows. Read moreThe wait time is usually long since the food is made-to-order (mostly) so if you're new to this place, give yourself enough time.
I asked the young man taking my order for a Bacon Cheeseburger with Goop only. (I dislike very much tomato, lettuce and onion on any of my burgers)
Soo imagine my surprise when I got home and the order was completely wrong since they forgot the very thing I requested. The bacon was near-burned to top it off and the patty
It's not the first time and I had not gone back in months for the same reason above that they either didn't care to look at the details and are simply seeing the order as 'cliche' Bacon Burger.
I can understand if it was busy and things slip through the cracks, but when I arrived there was only three cars including mine, and when the person taking my order took mine, I was the only car at the window.
This place in the past would go the extra mile for questions and order accuracy, but lately, not so much.
I did not make the effort to drive back and "demand" another burger as to not waste any more of their time, my time, or customers too.
I would suggest greater care in the future for other customers that will NOT be as kind...
Read moreSadly after 15+ years of eating here, I have to cross them off my list. The service in the last year has fallen and they have had three strikes. 1) After calling my order in and being asked to park in the stalls in front of the drive thru to wait, which was fine and I didn’t mind. However, my son and I sat there for at least 25 minutes waiting for an order we called in! I went up to the window to ask about it, I found out it had been sitting under the warmer. They said for only 5 minutes when I asked (I wanted it remade if it if it was sitting for a long time) but, we got home (I only live 5 minutes away) it was cold! 2) I have found in the last several months that there is a 50% chance that they will remember to include the tarter sauce that you pay for. I started checking before I left because nothing is more frustrating then getting home to find you have no tarter! 3) I went there last Friday to get my deluxe burger that is the special on Fridays.
