Tack Room Too — Local services in Tumwater

I would like to start this off that I did not have the start of a great experience trying to get a saddle fit set up with Tack Room Too. I reached out directly to the owners, and I immediately got a personal phone call when I was out cleaning my pasture and cleaning water troughs. He gave me a couple of recommendations on how I can set up a proper saddle fit with them. I did have to drive a little further, which was fine because I wanted to see the entire process laid out And if I am to be honest, I have to say Molly, who works with Tack Room Too is amazing. This young lady represents their company to the fullest. Not only was she great they also had a circle Y rep with them during the saddle fit, and he was on top of answering. All my questions was informational, gave incredibly direct and great instructions and directions. Molly was infectious with her smile, knew her stuff and delivered top-notch customer service

So you may not get what you first expected from someone or some company, but the end result was they pride themselves on taking care of customer The owners of Tack Room Too have so much integrity for what they do and for the customers that shop within their store I have nothing but gratitude, gratefulness, and good things to say about them and their store

So if you were looking for a saddle, miscellaneous tack or anything in relation to your horses, whether it’s a western or equestrian, I highly highly recommend Tack Room Too...

Hello , I would love to share my experience at the Tack Room .. It first started, about me calling for a western hat , The person on the phone can start or end a sale . She was prompt n helpful (the young gal ) I decided to make the Drive . Walked in with my mom n was greeted nicely by other gal , this gal ( wish I had gotten her name) went way beyond customer service, bought the hat , matching belt ( n yes she went into the back room many times for the right one , matching tie n keychain .over heard us talking about a bday party n this was a gift , took things in the back n gift wrapped our gifts ( help from other gal , looked amazing) . What an excellent shopping experience this crew provided for me n mom . Always wondered how a small business tucked back on a side street survives.. I just found out … Great Customer Service! Sincerely...

I was served quickly and the lady who spoke to me was polite, they had a cute dog in there which I was told is part of the store. Definitely a bonus.

I went in looking for stampede strings, they had several on display plus a few more that had just been delivered. They had leather and horse hair types, of different designs. I found the prices very reasonable.

A wide variety of items, of which most you have different choices to pick from.

Thankfully parking here is easy. This business supports the local community, and they offer custom jobs on saddles and other accessories.

Recommend a visit if you're looking for equestrian supplies. I look forward to future visits, they seemed to have nice boots which I will definitely check out next time, plus I may pick...
