Have been going to this location since they first opened and have always had a great time with the store and the employees! But on Sunday NOV. 3rd I had gone in to purchase a dab pen. I was helped by Cole for my bud tender and the help was quick. As I purchased my product with a $100 bill the cashier recognized my lastnight and asked if I knew a gentleman which was my biological father, in the mist of the talk my bill was $38 and when he handed my change we kept talking and I put my cash in my wallet. On my way out I checked the balance of my change in my vehicle and realized the cashier only gave me $38 back, which was what I owed. Realizing the mistake I went back in to let them know. At first I was greeted by Cindy their store manager which told me I was probably wrong and since I walked outside that I’m probably lying about the money. I have no clue where the hostility and the humiliation came from when all I asked was if they could check the cameras and till for said mistake. As I continued to plead my case Cindy walked off and called an HR manager by the name of ricci. As I was greeted with her she told me there was nothing for them to do for the rest of the night until they can count the till. Completely makes sense so I went home for the night knowing that I will now have to drive back to collect my money.
I woke up with a call Monday morning to ricci montarbo politely letting me know that they were over in there till and that they were letting me know that I now have to drive to hawks prairie to pick up my cash which is an extra 23 mile drive out of the way to get my money. As to letting me know that they were wrong I’m guessing to save their butt on things I am now formally kicked out of all of there stores for their inconvenience. Read moreSo I'm pretty disappointed with the manager & will be using other stores now making sure I never use one of these chains again. I spend about $600 a month on edibles & extracts even buying several glass pieces this month. Today I bought my 7 grams of extract 2 of which were the same because it was a high end rosin for a very good price. 1 of them is a nice green little button the other is a puddle of very dark brown oil that has a rancid smell. I confirmed this within 20 minutes of purchase even taking timestamp photos & the manager told me tough luck maybe try calling that distributor. Not good business practice at all, if you sell a foul product you should let a customer exchange it regardless if it was on sale regardless of how much a customer spends. Just so happens this one spends alot but at a different store from now on.

When I come in, I am always abruptly greeted by a cheerful smiling doorman, usually by name.😁 There maybe a question of the day or quote he has prepared and I look forward to these little bits of fun on my visits for sure!! Next, the quality for the price is tremendous. And if you have some questions, or lots of questions, don't be shy this isn't a store to rush you along! The staff are always very kind and super helpful, and if they don't know the answer they communicate amongst one another to help find you the best answer. I may gush about them a little bit but as a stoner mom who doesn't get much fun outside of the house I appreciate their environment very much!!
