Small store, just like most right now, always new partners. Several are long term though and recognize regulars and they to have fun with travelers and others just doing in. The coffee is always fresh and this is a very clean store, just look at the bar area.
Edit 2025: We haven't come here as often lately but when we have the partners just aren't as good. This store just isn't the same. Today I was debited a refill of my water bottle with water and ice "bc I'm not a paying customer" AFTER I stood in line for 5 min with my wife who was waiting to order out drinks... There was an elderly man paying with a pile of pennies. She stayed at me while she was just standing there doing nothing. I pointed out that we were waiting to order, so I was, in fact, a paying customer. Our recent previous experiences haven't been any better lately. The vibe isn't starbucks either. It's just a dead coffee shop with not good...

Devin was the first to remember my name and my order (Tall, triple shot latte with 4 raw sugar stirred in) and was authentically friendly. Soon I was conversing with Kayla, Brandon, Josh, Sahara, and Lou Ann. Some of the baristas have moved on at this posting and are greatly missed. I look forward to meeting the new baristas ... eventually. Just wanted to post my appreciation for this particular Starbucks' staff - no Seattle Freeze ( or whatever it's called) here. The Trosper Starbucks has a group of regulars who are delightful as well. Thanks to each of you for transitioning me from TX Starbucks to your humble outpost in the PNW. Y'all made me feel welcome in my new home. And P.S. there's NO Drive-thru! I love that!...

Most times service was quick but sometimes the person over the counter struggled to take a simple order: venti iced water with two matcha scoops, blended, no room.
On two occasions the above order was not blended so most of the matcha powder clumped at the bottom, leaving me with a watered down, nasty tasting drink. A waste of money when Starbucks isn't cheap to begin with.
After complaining the issue was rectified, but it wasted my time and kept other customers waiting also.
Restroom could be a little cleaner.
This location takes orders from your Starbucks app for pickup later. Whenever I used this service the drinks were ready and waiting for me, I just walked in, grabbed them...
