This place needs a new manager or training badly. It wasn't even lunch rush and there was a line completely through the parking lot at 10 am. Not because of the great food, but because of the slow service. I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before going inside. When I went inside and waited 10 minutes in line with only two other people ahead of me before I gave up. The person at the head of the line when I walked inside got their order taken, got their food and had eaten most of it and the next person in line still hadn't even had their order taken.
If there was someone dedicated to the cashier inside, they barely bothered to pay attention and were too busy messing with orders for drive thru instead of staying focused on the counter. There were plenty of staff to deal with the drive thru and counter, but they were so disorganized that nothing was getting done.
It's Arby's and the food is fine for that standard. No issue there. The problem is that this location is so poorly managed that the wait is always excessive and it's just not worth waiting for. I gave up on my craving for a roast beef sandwich and went to McD instead, which rocked me thru the drive thru in no time at all.
Inside tables were separated well for CV-19 standards. Some table wiping needed to be done, but it wasn't a disaster, likely because few people eat inside right now.
It would take very little effort in organization & training to make this place run smoother and get customers served...
Read moreI tried to give them a chance because I liked their curly fries so when the Wagyu burger came out...I tried it...After sitting at the speaker for almost 10 min (almost another 10 at the window) and more than $7 for the burger itself... it was trash! They didn't even put the sauce on it...I bit my tongue..maybe it was just THAT staff THAT night. I went bk again weeks later and the same thing..sat at the speaker for 8.5 min...I drove off. Then enter the "Good Burger Meal" ...I decided to try it...AGAIN at the speaker for 6 min (at the window for another 15)...finally I ordered and after paying $13 and some change for a "burger and fry"...they ddnt even put the bacon, that is advertised, on the burger...then was told that I could have a large lemonade because they couldn't "do the shake"! Whatever that means, maybe they were using McDonalds' shake machine?? Also realized that my "hot" fries were only hot on the top...after I ate those, the others were stale and cold. I'm just over Arbys...too expensive for such trash service and food. I don't wanna speak for ALL Arby's establishments but GLOSTER STREET TUPELO, MS IS TRASH!!!...
Read moreI've got to tell ya, This Arby's in Tupelo MS is the best! I become a fan of this food when my daughter was born. The store was selling some frosted wine glasses back in 2000.I purchased some and completely forgotten to pick them up as we left after eating! Fast forward a year later, I ask my wife,do you remember forgetting to grab those glasses back then? She suggested I call to see if maybe they still had them.I called, all the while not expecting or to hold anyone but myself responsible for forgetting them.To my surprise the manager told me on the phone to come pick them up that they had saved them the whole time. This was like a year, these things had been there!17 years later, the glasses have become a family keep sake and a great story about Arby's in Tupelo MS. Great food,Great price, and most importantly Great people! Of you liked this review,please...
