Well, where do I start? I bought a TV in Jackson, Tennessee from them. Supposed to be voice controlled, roku drove an hour there and an hour back I didn't unbox it cut, I was going to move to another house that I had bought so I didn't unbox it for 2 or 3 months. And then when I did it didn't have any feet didn't have a Voice Control remote. I called them and asked him. Could they send them to me in the mail? So I didn't have to make a 2 hour trip now which would have been a 2 and a 1/2 hour trip. And they just ignored me. Told me to box the TV up and bring it back. Screw them then. I made the mistake of buying a radio from him from my Van had a 2 o'clock appointment. They kept telling me to get there early so I got there at 1:30. The guy told me he was running a little behind. It'd be about 3 o'clock. So I said, okay, can I know that things like that happen? He finally pulled my band in at four o'clock, then the salespeople was bringing people off the floor that we're installing their own radios, but they had to ask the installer how to do it so at 5 o'clock, he still haven't touched my Van. Some guy walked by and knew I'd been in there since 130 and asked me what was going on and I told him so he went in there. And I guess said something to the guy and they got right on my Van, because he'd been talking to people telling this guy how to put his radio in For an hour and i've already been there since.One thirty so that's only two times i've ever been to best buy so I doubt I'll...
Read moreI would not recommend. I ordered an 8 wired camera system set online and purchased the installation package that was provided when purchased. Scheduled a date for installation and the Geek Squad shows up with my cameras and says " we cannot install these wired cameras it was for wireless" . You knew from the day of my purchase that they were wired and when purchasing installation it does not give you an option to select wired or wireless. They needed 7 hours to install . They were scheduled from 7am-1pm for my location but shows up at 10:30am . Also I had 2 doorbell cameras wireless and they could not install those saying that they were not compatible with the cameral system that I purchased. They took them with them to return to the store but haven't been returned. I have called and waiting on hold for over 1 hour to speak with someone about this situation only to get put on hold and then hung up on . They had no intensions of installing my cameras. If there was something wrong with the installation package they could have called me or emailed me with the information instead of waiting to the day of and show up late to tell me this and claims my number would not ring. My phone works just fine and rung while they were standing there . They did not try to call me . Disappointed is an understatement. Definitely poor customer service and lack of communication. So he could go to Best Buy, give them his account information, pay his current phone off and get a new one through Google Fi, same day, and not have to wait the seven day shipping period directly through our service provider. We live in Corinth so he called Best Buy to ensure this was correct - he waited on hold for one whole hour before speaking to anyone. The person who did answer didn't seem to have much knowledge about anything but checked with someone else in the store who confirmed that he could pay off his current phone and lease a new phone from Best Buy through Google Fi. So we drive up to Tupelo and talk to a man in the phone customer service area. He asked for the phone number and quickly claimed there was nothing he could do, mentioned that people on the phone often have no idea what they're talking about, and then tried to sell us a $900 phone through Best Buy.
