Read moreWe made a purchase for two clearance sets. One dining set and one sofa set. The total price at checkout and the pricing on the signs didn't match up after we got to looking at the paperwork. The manager was trying to explain the pricing and we were interrupted by Lisa Roberts. I let the first time slide but then she did it again and I asked Lisa to let the manager finish talking with me. Lisa stared at me as i looked at her name tag and she said "oh you need my name". I said i see you name and I also need corporates number to complain. I was given a number that is only for "orders". Lisa asked me my name and when I told her my name she said "oh I've heard all about you". She said I was rude and making a scene. I was only making a scene after she made that comment. I was polite to everyone until then. I've been in management for over 20 years and I've never allowed or seen an employee speak to a customer the way she spoke to me and my wife. My wife went in to see what Lisa was referring too when she said she's heard all about me. Lisa made up lies about me making a scene in Reeds and other businesses. Employees and customers heard Lisa make these comments. I try very hard to keep a great reputation and treat everyone with respect. Lisa is a prime example of poor customer service and is exactly why big box stores are closing and online ordering is taking over. We canceled our order and I will never step foot in that building...
Read moreBought furniture end of Aug came in end of October…Delivered Oct 26th Floor was damaged do to furniture being damaged and screw exposed….ordered gray furniture got brown…decided just to keep brown furniture with all the bs….needed floor fixed and a new leg on bottom of furniture…was told couldn’t give just a leg would order new piece of furniture as if to date Dec10th still no new piece of furniture or a leg and apparently they don’t want to fix either way…chaise lounges is sitting on 2 x 4….no one from customer service is in the US and they could care less if fixed or not…didn’t want to fix floor but I had had video footage of the whole thing where it got scratched ect….so as of now nothing has been fixed….sales ppl tell you what they want u to hear…it may happen here n there or this may happen quite often either way…if and when u do have a problem after spending $11,000 plus on furniture don’t expect it to get taken care of!!!! Like I said furniture was suppose to be Gray originally….and they delivered brown…messed up with no intention of fixing said chaise lounge…been trying to get just a leg now…for close to 2 months 😡 Vida our sales person has been trying to get this resolved with no luck and works there….I would highly recommend going elsewhere to many furniture companies out there to have this...
