I cannot rave enough about Vic’s BBQ! They truly saved the day when I needed catering for my baby shower at the last minute. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The brisket, bbq chicken and mac ‘n cheese along with the cornbread were crowd favorites, but honestly, everything was amazing!

What really stood out, though, was the price. For the quality and quantity of food we received, it was more than reasonable, especially considering how last-minute everything was.

And let's not forget about the service – Vic’s BBQ has some of the friendliest and most professional staff I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up, and were so kind throughout the event. They really made our celebration extra special.

Everything they serve is top quality from the Smoked Meats to the Side Dishes. Vic has concentrated on quality and quantity which is extremely rare these days. His staff is friendly, helpful and top notch over all. They care about how they represent their Brand. Vic is a humble guy who loves what he does and he doesn't skimp on quality, you'll get a high quality grade of meat and the sides are equally as good as the main menu items they serve, which is also rare these days. I almost forgot, what's BBQ without an excellent sauce? Well it's unfinished business in my opinion. Vic's BBQ sauce compliments his BBQ very well, it's a fantastic match up. You get what you pay for and then some. I've tried many on the Smoked Meat BBQ places sourounding Stanislaus County and beyond. Vic's is a treasure to our area, seriously! Paid a lot of money for Vic to cater our wedding for 150 people. We met with him a week prior to go over final details and he assured us that everything would be taken care of by himself personally. This did not end up being the case. The guy he sent out wasn't aware of anything we discussed and was unfortuantely rude and unaccomidating. I had very high hopes, matching the price, that were not met. He also said that his staff would cut our cake and pass it put once we dis our first cut, but they left and didmt bother to stay and do it. Our photograpber graciously stopped taking pictures to cut the cake for us. Food was decent and quality was ok. The green beans and scallop potatoes unfortunately were under cooked, yet he claims to be a "quality control" man. The owner did not follow through with what he said he was going to do at...
