So there’s a couple things I have to say about my experience here. Especially with their staff, I think her name was Devyn. I ordered a pack of 4 for my friends birthday. When I got to my car my son thought the cookies were for us. So I went on the app to see if we can order some more and noticed when you order online you can add a ribbon and hbd sticker. So I went back to the store to see if they can add it to the order I just received.
No one acknowledged us when we got there. Until finally the guy working in the back approached us and I asked if I could add the ribbon and hbd sticker. He turned around to ask the lady boxing cookies and the girl looked frustrated. She then asked the girl at the mixing area and she said, "fine just give it to her, whatever" and I asked if there was a problem and she said, “no it's just a lot of work to just add a ribbon and sticker” while looking at the iPad stand. They all just stood there quietly. I just said never mind, asked for my cookies back, and left with my son. I didn’t know it was a huge inconvenience to ask for a ribbon and sticker. Not to mention, I was going to add more cookies to my order. I asked them nicely and all I got back was attitude.
This is my third time coming here. I didn’t run into issues before till today. Which is why I’m leaving 3 stars. The cookies are great. It just sucks they have staff members with poor customer...
Read moreThey took cookies I returned and put them back in the warmer with the new ones!! I purchased a 4 pack of cookies for curbside pick up about 25 minutes before closing. When I arrived, I checked in, a message popped up saying we hope you enjoy as if they were given to me. I waited and still nothing came out. So I went inside. There was a box of cookies sitting on the counter and the staff seemed confused, looked inside the box, then took a cookie out and replaced it with another. I took the box, but as I drove off I began to wonder what the issue was with the box and if perhaps it was returned by someone else. I felt the cookies and they were cold so I brought it back and asked for them to be replaced, as I don't feel comfortable. They went to the back and talked to who I believe was the manager, they laughed then went up to talk to me (who wasn't very friendly). I told her my story and she agreed to replace them. They took the cookies I had in the box and put them back in the warmer with the other cookies, even after I have already handled them and told them I felt them and they were cold. Who knows how many times this has happened and for this, I will most likely not return as this is gross and customer service...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting this store and I will admit that will be the last. 8/19 Me & my husband walked into the store around 11ish excited but after entering the store all the employees looked our way but never addressed us with a welcome,hey, hello so I thought ok kind of weird. I went to the kiosk to order assuming that's how you ordered still not 1 employee offers to help. Finally I go to the counter to order & here's where its sad.. the girl said not 1 word just waited for me to order & when I asked a question she answered me by shaking her head yes or no. I paused my order to ask her "how are you doing today, is everything ok?" just to make sure she could actually speak and she answers im ok. Dude, I was so ready to run out that door. If it wasn't for me promising my kids these cookies I would have left right after walking in. Just a word of advice. If you take ANY cashier job or any job where you have to interact with customers no matter your feelings or biases EVERY customer deserves at least respect and appreciation. The 2 stars are for...
