I placed an order online around 6:45pm I thought they closed at 9 pm so I went to go pick it up around 7 to find the doors were locked the chairs were all on the tables and the people inside were sweeping then I saw on the door i saw the summer hours they close at 7 pm so I thought okay no big deal i just placed an order to late and missed my chance to pick it up. On my way I home I get a call from ajain i was on the phone so i decline it but they call again so i picked up I am then " greeted" with the rudest human being ive ever had the displeasure of talking to they asked if i was going to pick up my food to which i replied I just tried to swing by yall were closed and they "kindly" replied "next time you place an order call ahead and tell us you are not going to pick it up because we just wasted 20 dollars of food on you and waited twenty minutes on you". I asked her if she would prefer i bang on the door and demand they open up to get my food and she continued to be very rude to me. Before losing my temper I remembered that arguing with an employee of the subway version of sushi did not serve me much purpose...

A girl aggressively approached us, actually yelling at us and other new walk-ins to leave because 'this is the last night of the year that we close at 8'. I lost my patience and talked back. Not sure what policy is on treating people but I have never been spoken to like that for arriving at an unlocked restaurant within listed closing hours and I will never be returning. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in any restaurant in my entire life. I am a permanent resident here and will be pouring champagne to celebrate when this sketchy establishment inevitably goes under. I also expect the owner to come onto this review and somehow justify these terrible business practices, as I've seen them do it to other reviewers as well. With staff this bad, you'll be lucky to maintain any sort...

The OWNER.. yes the OWNER sent her a very rude email telling her it was âdisrespectful to him and his staffâ that she placed a owner and did not come and get it. Saying that he called her and she didnât answer. He also said that she wasted his time and food. Who talks to a potential customer like that? Like seriously?
