Hardee’s — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

We stopped at Hardee's for lunch. That was a mistake. The woman who took my order had an attitude and couldn't hear me. I asked for the Frisco blt burger and did they have anything else for sides. Just fries. She asked if I wanted the combo. Yes, the only reason I wanted it was to try the cherry lemonade. She handed me a drink cup. I looked at the soda machine and asked where the cherry lemonade was. She didn't hear me and didn't charge me for it. Why should it be more than the other drinks? I was in the process of getting sweet tea when my friend handed me the cherry lemonade that another coworker gave to me. The sandwich didn't look anything like the picture. It was just a hamburger on toasted bread with white cheese and one tomato and two pieces of bacon. No lettuce. Nothing special about that. The app shows the cherry lemonade as a drink with it. It certainly wasn't worth paying $13 for. I expected a round sourdough bread and something more that resembled an actual hamburger. I have no problems with getting breakfast here, but I'll go to the 15th street for lunch...

I really don't know where to start.... The restaurant was clean almost spotless. The counter personell was courteous and friendly. My monster thickburger was tasty, accompanied by a large order of fries that I could not finish. Okay that was all the good part. And now for the rest of the story. The transient gentleman sitting two tables away occasionally getting up to retrieve condiment packets and to refill his Taco Bell cup at the soda fountain was hard to ignore but I tried. While in the restroom I noticed that somebody was sleeping on the toilet. I was surprised to see it was one of your employees walking out of the restroom. I was not alone. I had brought my helper along with me. We planned on working through the night to get a job back on schedule. He had the chicken fingers and fries. An hour after we got back to the job he was projectile vomiting. I had to stop work and take him home. As Forrest would say... that's all I have to...

Went by at something after 7, they told me the system was messed up and had to be rebooted and that they were just waiting for it to reboot. I asked her what time they close, she tells me.

Come at 9:10 all the lights are on and the drive through is lit up. I sat there for 10 minutes and then decided to circle around and see if the guy behind me would have better luck. When I'm coming back around I see a worker sitting in a booth talking on her cell phone. Pull up to the drive through again and still nothing. Pull off and let person behind try and they along with another car can't get anyone on the speaker either. I park my car infront and knock on the window, girl just shakes her head at me and mouths "we're closed". This place needs to get its hours together and I better not be charged for my mobile app order and it better be cancel. Not gonna bother with this place unless I need to go back because...
