Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

Did not have a good experience with the workers or with online order. We ordered a pizza online and got an email from them saying the pizza was ready and waiting to be picked up. We show up and there’s a long line of cars outside and a line of people inside. Our pizza was in fact not even touched yet so not sure why we got an email saying it was ready for pick up. We sit and wait and watch as the long line of cars gets through, another line of cars get through, and multiple lines of people inside coming in and ordering after us get multiple pizzas before we ever get our one specialty pizza. We checked on our order multiple times because we were being skipped over for an hour and every time we asked they seemed confused each time on what we were waiting for? But they kept making random pizzas people weren’t ordering to stock up on while we sat in the store with no other customers waiting for our one pizza. No idea why they skipped over us for so long, it seemed like they just didn’t want to make it because it wasn’t a plain cheese or pepperoni. One of the workers was also not working, was walking around and talking, and had to have another worker tell him to actually take some orders. I will never come back to this location again and would advise going...

I went to get a pizza and waited about 10 minutes for the car in front of me to move. When they finally got their pizza I pulled up and the guy that opened the window looked agitated like he didn’t want to be there. I then order my pizza, then He snatched my card out my hand(without telling me my total) he then slammed the window, he went to ring my order up then walked away with my card in his hand after standing in the back for a minute he then came back and finished my order and shoved the card back in my hand and proceeded to slam the window again, he then went to look in the warmer and there wasn’t any more pizza, he proceeded to walk to the back and stood there for a minute. He then brings me a pizza that looks like it was sitting there for 1 or 2 hours and proceeded to shove the pizza in my face. I then pull up and go to grab a slice and realize that it hits even cut. When I go inside to ask for a refund the same guy is sitting down on the phone. I ask for the manger and he completely ignores me and walks to the back and whispers something to the guy cutting pizzas and snatches the cutter out his hand and cuts me a new pizza without ever putting on gloves or washing his hands. He shoves the new pizza in my face once again...

I am beyond irritated.. I needed my 1 cheese pizza for an event at 7pm so I ordered it at 6pm being that it claims to be ready in 15 minutes or less.. I show up at the store on 15th at 6:30pm giving them an extra 15 minutes to get my pizza ready.. I show up to the pickup window and the girl saw me sitting there and took 10 minutes before even acknowledging me I told her my order and after showing the girl my receipt she tried to get me to pay again.. one she found my order in the system she left the window and did not come back for another 10 minutes just to tell me to pull off to the side she would bring it out.. I was already extremely irritated at this point, so I gave another 10 minutes of wait time to still not have my pizza. I turn around and watch as people that were behind me order their food AT THE WINDOW, PAY, AND WERE IMMEDIATELY GIVEN THEIR FOOD.. I’m talking multiple boxes.. so I was furious at this point it had been 30 minutes waiting there for a pizza that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes.. I also needed to be at my event at this point. I walked in and THAT is when they handed me my pizza.. immediately.. they did not apologize.. they gave me a dirty look, and I went on my way....
