Staff was rude. My grandson took 2 bites of his yogurt after it had been weighed then he saw something he wanted to add. The guy working got onto him and in an aggravated rude tone said “You’ve been eating your yogurt?!! You can’t add something after you’ve been eating!!” My grandson is just a child and he said “I didn’t know.” So I asked if he could put the topping in another cup and weigh it. He acted frustrated and again turned to my grandson, a child, and said “just make sure you don’t do that next time!!” I understand that you can’t add stuff after the yogurt has been weighed. I get that. But I offered a solution to put the extra topping in a cup and weigh it and I would pay for it. To the rude employee at Yogurt Mountain in Tuscaloosa Alabama, how dare you fuss at my grandson and act like he is a criminal about to steal 2 tablespoons of topping!! If you have a problem speak to the adult with the child! I called today to speak to the manager and this guy obviously IS the manager! Maybe that is why there weren’t any...
Read moreWalked in and welcomed with stares. (there were 5 people in the store non customers) The question was asked, "are you open?" (8:36PM) The response, "yes we open, but only for yogurt the toppings is put up cause I'm the only one working and I had to call my cousin to help me clean up to close." Hope they had a great time at whatever party she and her cousin wanted to attend. My 5 and another party of 2 turned and left the store. I can't imagine how hard it is to find workers for this storefront, but I would suggest a retooling of the night shift. We stopped here because it was closest to our hotel. We left and went to TCBY one min down the street and was welcomed with two hard working ladies with a line out the door. The entire line was served and my family and when we left there was still a line out the door and they were still working. THIS EXPERIENCE MAY HAVE RUINED ME FOR YOMO GLOBALLY. I was sickened by this display of...
Read moreThe girl working the front on the night of 8/15 could not be bothered to acknowledge us walking in the store as I believe the was had a phone call on her headphones and simply glared as we walked in. A few more people came in while we were getting our yogurt and the store became crowded. The girl from the counter then decided to squeeze her way between the customers and started removing toppings from the topping bar. She removed half the toppings before people were asking her to checkout. She was rude as well during checkout and didn’t hand us spoons so we had to reach past the scale to get our own spoons. It’s extremely frustrating to be spending $15 on 2 cups of yogurt and be treated as a gross...
