Got there about 8:30pm after the parade. I can understand it was crowded after the parade. We order 2 Mcrib Meals and 2 kids meals. We wait and wait and wait. After about 30 minutes of waiting we find out they have no Mcrib sandwiches. We ordered on the kiosk. It didn't tell us they were out. I was now worried if we'd get our money back. While waiting one lady comes up to ask where's the 5 kids meals she ordered. She had to repeat a few times one cheeseburger meal and the rest chicken nuggets. She gets her meal. Probably an hour in we're still waiting. Everyone had finally gotten their orders and we were still waiting. Two of the people with us needed to leave because they have work early. After over an hour we finally get the Mcrib orders cancelled. We get a refund .I asked could we still get the kids meals. After waiting an hour might as well get the kids their meals. The manager does apologize. My friend finally get her order. They did throw in some extra fries for her which she gave us. We got extra McChicken sandwiches but the bread looked stale so I'm afraid to eat it. I don't know if stale sandwiches makes up for the time we waited. We had a party of 7. There are only 2 people working there at a time, so if you go any time besides 4am-6am expect to wait at least 30 minutes. I have never met an employee there who was polite and professional. I know fast food employees get a bad rap sometimes, but here it is really deserved. It is as if McDonald's went out of their way to find the least qualified people and then mistreated them to the point where they had contempt for every customer.
I used to drive for Uber Eats. Please, for your health and safety, and courtesy to your driver DO NOT order Uber eats from here. 50% of the time they were closed and had not turned off their app, or they were out of or didn't carry and item and hadn't noted in the app that the item was unavailable. Most notably ice cream products. Yes, I informed them every time of the issue, and they never seemed to update the app so that drivers didn't waste their time and eaters didn't waste their money. No, it wasn't an issue on Uber's end. It's as easy as them changing their hours and products on their app.
Please stop eating here. There are enough good restaurants in Tuscaloosa that are just as cheap and won't be enraging. There is no excuse for a business that serves customers this poorly to still be...

Obviously, this place was severely understaffed which led to the slowest possible rate and still screwed the order up, had us waiting 29 minutes, brought the wrong bag first, then took additional time after getting the order semi- right, failed to give us a receipt, and did not include the pie, dropped the bag off to us without saying anything about waiting for our pie to cook. I had to go in to inquire about the pie and then informed us of the cooking time. We waited again for another 10 minutes. The food was cold, small for the price, and generally in a crappy state. This incident was totally uncalled for. My father needed to eat because his sugar was dropping, waiting longer didn't help matters. Even while waiting in the car for the pie to arrive, the vehicle in front of us totally poured out a whole drink intentionally, probably because it sucked too! I will never visit this location ever again. I'd advise anyone else to avoid this problematic...
