Bagel Me! — Restaurant in Tustin

I had a disappointing and concerning experience at Bagel Me. The cream for my coffee was clearly spoiled—chunks were coming out of it, which made the coffee undrinkable. There were three or four other customers nearby who had this same issue with the communal cream.

When I informed the staff, they dumped the contents of the cup but didn’t offer a clean replacement or even an apology. Adding insult to injury, I saw some of the staff laughing and making fun of the situation afterward. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.

What’s even more troubling is the potential health risk involved. Serving spoiled dairy isn’t just unpleasant; it’s unsafe and raises serious questions about how well this place maintains food safety standards.

When I spoke to the manager, my concerns were completely dismissed, and they denied what I’d witnessed. I won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to think twice before visiting until they address their staff's professionalism and basic food...

Local bagel shop like many others that has been popping up. This one is close by, convenient, and get the job done. Nothing spectacular, all items on menu is average. Most standing out difference here is the poor service. I been observing their service over the course of 4 months and been getting increasingly annoyed by how the ladies treat their customers (and me). Normally I don't care and would walk out with my bagel and coffee and enjoy my day but the owners need to know this. Girls constantly on the phone, make you wait in front of them, or wave a finger at you saying "we will be with you" like we were bothering them. The shorter stature lady (might be the senior leader) give the worse service. No name tag, but she definitely look stressed and take it out...

First time here, and I am not a fan. I came here order an avocado bacon burger with fries and drink. They didn’t have avocado. Anyways, Cashier didn’t get it right the first time when I order the same thing minus the avocado. She didn’t charge me for the fries and drink so I paid again for the fries and drink. I got the drink filled it up then she tells me hey it’s another $2 for the fries. I was upset had to go to my seat get my wallet to pay again. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was new… who knows. In total paid about 20$. This is what I got for a large meal. The burger wasn’t bad fries were ok.
