Read moreWent on their grand opening day. Cashiers are still relatively new.. she was supposed to give me my free gift with purchase but didn't... I drove home and then realized. Had to drive back just for the cute strawberry milk cup. Regardless, I'm so excited about this new opening! Very clean, modernized, and huggeee 99 ranch market. Parking was a little tough to find since it was PACKED. But I'm sure it'll get better. It's located in a plaza. Rest of the workers were nice. Really love the layout they have, great for shopping ease and experience. New fridges, bright lighting, and plenty of cashier checkouts! They have self checkout lanes too, where the workers help you speed up the process. LOVED all the samples I consumed!!! Please keep the samples after grand...
Read moreI am quite upset at how they managed the cashier area. First of all, at 6pm on Wednesday night, only 1 register was open. Well, we waited on massive line for like 20min. Then right before our turn, another cash register opened but took the people from the back of the line. We were fine until then. But as soon as the first in front of us was done, they closed our register. Wtf. For like 5min more. We wasted like 25 to 30min on the line to buy 2 items. What's worse was I didnt catch the name but either lead cashier or manager made eye contact with us several times through the process and zero apologetic vibe nor customer support. Worst experience ever. Oh! And last time, we got pork jowl we threw away cuzz it was spoiled. Not sure if they are managing this...
