Calamari and salted egg is the combination I never knew I needed!
Iāve always loved the salted egg snacks/chips, as well as calamari in general - so when I saw this appetizer on the menu, it was basically a done deal!
What we ordered: ⢠salted egg calamari (with shrimp) ⢠tom kha soup ⢠wagyu beef salad ⢠lump crab fried rice ⢠beef pad see ew ⢠mango sticky rice ⢠Thai tea ⢠strawberry yuzu mocktail ⢠karate punch (pineapple, orange, coconut)
We loved everything we ordered. Our favorites being the calamari and fried rice. The calamari comes with two sauces but honestly didnāt think it needed it because I didnāt want it to cover any of the salted egg flavor. The wagyu in the beef salad was great quality meat and the beef pad see ew was yummy. It was my first time trying Tom kha soup and we enjoyed the blend of flavors!
The owner told us about some of the mocktails they have and he seemed proud of the Karate punch they created - think of a pina colada with an orange twist. It was all so good!
I know for sure I will be back when Iām randomly craving that calamari so will have to try other menu items on...

Everything here is so flavorful and presented in a way you ALMOST donāt want to eat it š this is also our first time trying Boat Noodle!! It reminded us of a Vietnamese dish we used to eat growing up (Bo Kho). Would definitely order again for that nostalgic feeling. Our servers were so nice in recommending other items as well from all their menu items. The filet mignon skewers were the perfect appetizers and we of course had to get the pad see ew and Tom yum soup. All tasted like authentic Thai food š we also got to try wagyu curry for the first time and of course had to end it with mango sticky rice which always hit the spot. They have the most unique drinks as well which were so refreshing! But for that Thai tea if youāre wanting something traditional š

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām typing this at 11pm after Iāve cleaned up the kitchen and while putting away the leftovers Iāve snuck a few more bites before they go in fridge. And omg, this is best thai food Iāve ever had in OC. The umami flavor is so potent here and you can tell they donāt skimp out on seasoning. Idk if this is how authentic Thai food should really taste like, since Iāve never been to Thailand, but I feel like I had such a FUN experience eating their food because my I was experience a unique combination of flavors that just were so delightful together.
Oh I put 4 stars for atmosphere and service because Iāve only ever had their food to go and my bf always picks up. Heās never had any complaints and heās mentioned that itās been busy when heās picked up, like people waiting to sit down type busy so figured thatās a good sign. I really think everyone should experience this food even if after they decide it wasnāt for them.
Ooh forgot to mention we got the fried fish with sauce, drunken noodles very spicy, and green curry spicy. All...
