OMG. Like totally fer reals. Like I can't belive it. Like OMG... Seriously. No. Seriously. This place is awesome. It looks like a dive from the outside. Inside didn't change that opinion. But then again wife and I didn't eat there.
Dude who helped us was kinda stand offish, it's OK. I ain't there to make friends. He answered our silly questions...... What's that what's it taste like what's in it is it hot blah blah blah.
After all that, he stacked the noodles and rice. Maybe he was just in a hurry to get rid of us. I dunno. The other food not so much portion size. But I am not complaining. Was still plenty good and enough food for me wife and left overs. Not sure what we got except the egg rolls. Light crunchy tasty. Some pork dish or another. Couple chicken dishes. All good. I don't know what we got cause wife asked questions and ordered. Me..... I just nod my head.. Yes dear that sounds good dear whatever you want dear of course dear I'll try that dear.
Deep sigh, Hangs head and grubs.
Yeah. I'll be back. This is now my go to for Chinese take out. I highly recommend. Can't say what it's like to eat there. Nor can I say how busy it gets. Late afternoon take out is fast furious...
Read moreHong Kong Express in Tustin, CA, offers a quick and convenient Chinese takeout experience. The restaurant follows a similar concept to Panda Express, with a selection of familiar dishes served cafeteria-style. The staff is generally friendly, adding to a welcoming atmosphere. Ample parking makes it easy for a quick stop, whether for dine-in or takeout. The portion sizes can vary, with some customers feeling they could be more generous for the price. Spring rolls are a standout, often praised for their crispy texture and flavor. Other menu items, such as the Singapore Rice Noodles and Shrimp Egg Foo Yong, receive mixed reviews. While the food is decent, some diners feel it lacks a unique edge. Service quality can be inconsistent, depending on who is serving. Overall, it’s a convenient option for a fast Chinese meal, but some may prefer other alternatives...

Note that parking is limited, although I have never had to park farther away from a full lot.. yet.
Whenever I'm near Tustin, I have to go here!! Let's gooo!!! It's so good.
-My favorite bbq pork is also noteworthy here. -I also recommend the curry with meat(bone in) and potato.
The food is fresh, luckily it's probably because they are so busy. A lot of the food goes and they have to keep making more. So there I have never had an experience when it didn't taste fresh.
They also make Asian drinks like Boba tea or coffees.
Highly recommend, friendly staff everytime.
5 of 5 stars from me.
Just beware the bathroom is dirty. A lot of vandalism and looks like they don't clean it anymore (both unsanitary and vandalized)
3 of 5 stars on atmosphere if you use...
