Fish-a-licious — Restaurant in Twentynine Palms

I love this place! However, since they changed their hours to opening at 3pm in the afternoon I haven’t been able to return because I can’t wait that long to eat lunch. I miss it. Keep thinking I’ll go and get some to go, refrigerate and have the next day for lunch but I haven’t yet. Sweet tea is amazing.

Just checked to see if they have lunch hours again and they still only open at 3pm unfortunately - looking forward to getting lunch here again if/when they change their hours...

I really enjoy their catfish and shrimp the most. It’s well breaded. My least favorite is the hush puppies because it’s a hit or miss. The last one I had tasted like it was frozen too long. Excellent food, the fried shrimp are perfect! The red beans and rice I didn't like too sweet..shouldn't be. The catfish need to be cut into smaller stripes, the grey area of the catfish filet needs to be trimmed out of the raw filet during prep otherwise it tastes muddy.
