Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Twentynine Palms

I came in to grab a pepperoni hot and ready and some wings. There was a line, but I didn’t mind. The person before me bought the last hot and ready, so they let me know I’d have to wait a bit(the wings were ready in the warmer). I didn’t mind, because I saw them working hard. After waiting about 15 minutes a lady that ordered after me went and asked when her hot and ready would be ready. They told her it’s coming right now. Gave her the next pizza. After that a worker asked if an order that had been sitting out was anyone’s and it wasn’t. So a couple minutes later she grabbed that pizza (that had been sitting out not in a warmer) and the wings and called my name. So after patiently waiting almost 20 minutes I was given a cold pizza and my wings. Wouldn’t have minded the cold pizza (after all its $5) if they didn’t have me wait 20 minutes. I’m just not happy with the customer service, especially because I was being so patient and didn’t...

ORDERED ONLY 2 THINGS, STILL COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT. Place to delivery through the app yesterday to be delivered today, already paid. I ordered pepperoni crazy puffs and plain crazy wings. Come to find out they don't have what the puffs then also don't have the substitute I asked for, all they have is just basic Pizza. The only thing I liked about Little Caesars is they have unique items, but the overall quality Four Little Caesars everywhere that I've ever been is subpar at best. When my food finally arrived, of of course it was not the crazy Puffs but to my surprise it was also the wrong wings. EDIT 9.23.24... I tried to order online, apparently, this location doesn't want my business, even though, the website will give delivery estimate times... My blind program almost didn't catch it...

I have ordered all three "deep dish pizzas" from Little Caesars Pizza (Pepperoni, Sausage, Cheese) somehow, Totinos .99 cents pizza tastes much better. I am guessing, Little Caesars five buck pizza is even worse. Little Caesars used to be good and their catch slogan "PIZZA PIZZA" used to mean something, however, because of poor management and shady new ownership, their main competitor's are the pizzas in the frozen sections of convenience stores.
