This is my favorite spot to get breakfast from whenever I visit here, without a doubt. The servers are always attentive and responsive, they listen and get things out as fast as possible. Despite how busy it gets, they take the time to help you out if you need it. The menu selection is great. I always know that there's something I'll eat! The actual prices are pretty average, leaning toward affordable, considering all the prices at the surrounding restaurants Food here is excellent, it is beyond excellent. My personal favorites are the waffles, the pancakes (without any chocolate chips or blueberries), and the food for miles, which I took a photo of. The drinks here are very good too! From the lemonade to the coffee, I always know that I am getting exactly what I paid for. Overall, I'd highly recommend going here for breakfast. If you can, the earlier the better, as this place is super popular with the locals!

Love, love, looooove a good local restaurant. We were greeted by a staff as soon as we walked in. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Generous portion so come hungry. You order a cup of coffee, you get a giant mug of coffee and I love it. Typically Mexican-American breakfast, but if you want to try something unique then get their CACTUS OMELETTE with HOME MADE SALSA. It was healthy and delicious. You can't go wrong with either their hash brown or their home made fries. I preferred the home made fries. It was stirred fried potatoes. It was very tasty and paired well the the HOME MADE SALSA. Get the rye bread. I don't know if they bake their rye bread, but GET THE RYE BREAD. Everything was so good especially their HOME MADE SALSA. Did I say home made salsa? Ok. You get the point. Would definitely come back

Hello Googlers, My recent adventures led me here after some recommendations. I will say this is a must try for local dining in the 29 palms area. I had the biscuits and gravy combo and started diving in but realized I didn’t want to finish my plate before I was able to snap a photo for you all. So you will see the meals my family enjoyed. I loved the biscuits and gravy but I was not overly excited about the potato’s. I wish I asked for them to be on the crunchy side but I guess that will be for my next visit. Kiddos loved the pancakes and waffles. Obviously you see the little guy chowing down. The staff was very friendly and given the COVID restrictions, was able to find a place for our family of 5 to enjoy our meal. I recommend if you do not want to wait then join the early birds and get out to this place.

We walked in and sat down immediately. The place felt comfortable and homey. Our waitress was so friendly and patient with us, especially since we adjusted some of our orders. The food was delivered quickly and was delicious. Our waitress forgot an order of toast so I reminded her. She brought the toast right over and apologized, no big deal. She brings our check over as we finish our most delicious meal and get ready to go. Then all of the sudden we hear the manager / owner giving a loud stern talking-to to our waitress. It was loud enough to be obvious and VERY uncomfortable. That’s where the 1 star atmosphere rating comes in. It felt so awkward, the whole place got quiet and we felt uncomfortable going up to pay. Maybe there’s a back story or context we don’t know but the situation went bad quickly. This was the worst case of poor management we have seen. The restaurant was closing in 20 minutes - hold the reprimand until you’re closed or just get over it. We are all human and an order of toast isn’t a reason to sour an entire meal. Our thanks to Becca our waitress, who connected with us personally and went above and beyond throughout.

Overall, the food is good. The leadership of this place is awful, and we...

I give this place 5 stars all the way through. They serve great quality food in a small cozy clean atmosphere. they are fast efficient and very kind. I must in good conscious say that I stopped going there for quite a while due to the fact that I simply loved their eggs Benedict, however I do not know why it changed to something resembling a plate of milk to serve to a cat. 6 months later we finally returned and I tried my all time fav again. It was just too thin and runny and nowhere resembled the yellow creamy sauce that I craved. I take full responsibility however, because I could definitely have asked for a taste prior to ordering. I have just made the decision to forgoe eggs Benedict in the future and still make it our go to place. They have so much great food there that I will quit being an entitled spoil brat and continue to enjoy the best breakfast/ lunch spot around. Not even the larger city of Yucca Valley has better quality. I will no longer go without. I will just leave eggs Benedict for another try in the foreseeable future. So no longer will I judge over one type of sauce, especially when their biscuits and gravy are...
