Starbucks — Restaurant in Twentynine Palms

Always very friendly and fast Well, with a heavy heart, i have to update my review. My husband and I have been conning in her to this location since day 1. Around mid-2019, we always enjoyed our experience until recently. The new Manager Lina turned the store into a hot mess! The staff is no longer what it used to be, and we have been thru a few since the original one got promoted but this one has really changed the atmosphere to the point the employees seem like they are robots now! They don't seem happy at all. They feel the tension in the store. I heard something that really made me uncomfortable, and it pushed me over the edgeto the point that I bought my own expresso machine! I feel like if Starbucks really wants the Customer Experience they really are talking about all over the news, they need to start looking at their stores. Why high turnover, why are employees quitting, why are regular loyal customers leaving that spend money even during slow season 🤔. I was in management for over 25yrs and I can read the room in there from a mile away! Just saying someone needs to send in a few secret shoppers to see what's really going on in this store or even better and...

Had a weird request for some Three-Broomsticks Butterbeer for my son on a day out. The Baristo took a look at some very foreign sounding instructions on my cracked to 43LL phone screen and put the order in.

The Barista making the curious creme frappuccino didn't disappoint the Harry Potter lore. This is supported by the absolute delight of 12 year old fan boy that I have raised.

Ask for a Creme Frappuccino base with Whole Milk. Don’t skimp on the fat by asking for skim or 2% milk as whole milk is required for the right consistency

Today I went in and I ordered 3 drinks I dropped one by accident and automatically I got dirty looks and they seemed pretty irritated( understandable they are tired probably) but on top she got mad so made my drink wrong so I had to refuse it and say it was wrong then proceeded to make my last drink last! I watched them grab all the cups around it that were supposed to be made after since they make drinks in order and even tho they had the drink ready to pour in the cup right next to it they literally just were saving it as the last drink to make. absolutely horrible. I wish This Starbucks was nicer to people. I ordered my drink at 8:12 am on 4/9/2021 the girl working the coffeee station was the rudest I’ve even met and honestly I’m very disappointed...
