Accepts orders for toppings on website specifically listed as unlimited deal and then doesn't have all the toppings listed or fails to put them on or put on proper amount. Does not notify customer the order can't be fulfilled or call customer or discuss on pick up. No owners or J K reps on duty. Offers no immediate fix. Name is supposedly in a book to get something next time???? Burden on customer. No apologies, concern. They have Feta cheese and put none on pizza. Ordered Anchovy listed, said Domino's doesn't carry them lol, but made pizza. Hard to find meat other than the steak shreds. Other pizza ordered was totally correct. J&K needs to run and supervise business like they used to and train staff in problem resolution and customer service. Calling store back was worse in getting the replacement promised. Hang up. Say too busy. No management ever present. Rude. Don't know when a manager is in. Have no promised record of issues. And the comment response by owner number provided a female voicemail for an owner named Samir/ Sameer. The voicemail is not responded to as asked. Replies on Google are auto responses. Absentee owners. They did not correct any store issues. The staff appear trained to avoid, not accommodate customers, act frightened, don't answer questions or speak, hang up. Read moreHORRIBLE customer service! Had a problem with the order the general manager just argued about it and said no there was no seasoning. I told him I didn’t request it because I don’t like it and that it was an allergy. He didn’t care, just said don’t order anymore that they wouldn’t miss my business. When I said I was going to file a complaint to corporate he said go ahead do it. Which I will do in the morning. AVOID this dominos as the pizza wasn’t even prepared properly which I didn’t even address with this so called general manager. 😡😡
Update from the day after The owner of this location called me and sincerely apologized about this incident. He offered to do anything he could to make it right and I thanked him but said no thank you. He said he would deal with his employee but I am still not willing to take the chance. The owner seemed like a ery hard working and kind small business owner who sincerely cared about his customers satisfaction. Because of that I am upgrading the rating from 1 - 3 stars.
Update 2 years later 11/25/24 I decided to try again, still can’t follow directions and provide the order correctly $25 for a small pizza that got thrown in the trash and not eaten & 3 20oz. Cokes. Shows nothing has changed ....

Delivery man never knocked on our door, just left the pizza outside and left (we didn't ask for contactless delivery). So our food was cold, we didn't get our garlic sauce. We called and guy said his driver claimed he did knock( no he didn't, our dog would have went nuts). They only want to comp one of our pizzas. When we called for it, the csr was VERY rude. Would give 0 stars if I could. Bad customer service, If you are going to be rude, work somewhere you don't have to deal with the public.
Update. We just received a call from someone at Domino's. He was telling us that his driver said he did knock and that's why he only offered one pizza.
