Fun Buffet? More like RUDE Buffet! HARASSMENT BUFFET if you will. I drove from Cleveland tonight with my family to celebrate my nephews 2nd Birthday. Upon arriving, the parents were already having issues with the “waitress” because she kept coming to the party room trying to see who was eating or not to make sure she charge them; kids included. Also, having issues about the number of guest at the party and the deposit. After she had already told the parents it was ok if it wasn’t the full 30! Just being completely bothersome while everyone was trying to enjoy their time and their food. The waitress was extremely pushy, rude, and didn’t even refill any of our drinks, or ask if we were ok. Her only concern was the bills/TIP. Kept hounding THE ENTIRE PARTY about the bills. We hadn’t even been there 30 minutes and were on our first plates. She brought everyone’s bills and didn’t even give anyone a chance to get their funds together. Came to every table asking about the bills. At this point everyone was ready to leave so everyone hurried and gave the woman their form of payment. Now we’re getting ready to sing happy birthday and this lady yelled for US to stop singing before we even began!!! Interrupted the birthday song so she could ONCE AGAIN, ask about the bills!!!! We’re already patronizing your business. We could’ve went ANYWHERE. Lady please have some decorum! Treating us as if we were going to just walk out and not pay. Her actions were extremely unnecessary. As we sang happy birthday, she stood a just few feet away staring and waiting for us to finish. It was extremely uncomfortable and I surely will NOT be back. Based off the other reviews I read about the “waitress”, I’m 100% sure it’s the same woman. Even after everyone paid she came back AGAIN to make sure everyone paid their bill. Lingering around, staring, waiting for us to leave. She is bad for business and my first experience was HORRIBLE. If I could give ZERO...

Server was excellent!!! I don't think I've ever said that about a server before, but he was Excellent!! Food was very fresh and hot. Even my 12 year old mentioned it more than once. (About both) All the staff that we seen was very pleasant. Update: (5/5/22) We've been back several times and everything has been awesome every time. Love the food!! Update: Today, the service and atmosphere was a bit different. We were the only ones in line to be seated and it almost seemed like we were being ignored. When We were being seated, we asked for a booth in a particular area. This all almost seemed to irritate the hostess. The area had people in it, and other people were seated in the area after we were. So obviously the section was not closed. Then our server, just wasn't pleasant. She filled our glasses, but just darted to the table, and was gone. When she brought the bill, she wasn't even looking at the table. Physically facing away from the table and put the bill down and rushed away. The food however... It all tasted so fresh and good! The waitress wasn't rude and the food awesome, so I'm sure we will continue to go. Just hope to see the service and atmosphere we've seen for the past again. When you plan and go over 30 miles to a restaurant, you want a pleasant experience. Not that you are a bother to someone. Update: $80 for dinner, and it's just not a big deal to go anymore. The pleasant staff was part of the package deal. Friendly service and good food. I can drive 5 minutes away instead of 35 minutes and get good food. If we're not getting the pleasant atmosphere back, we'll just start going closer to home. The older lady may have experience, but it doesn't show. Either that or she just don't care. If we go back again, I'll be forced to ask for a different server if we get her again. Sorry, had to take a star...

Stopped in for buffet when in area.

Food was subpar. That I would be totally ok with, but the service was what made the experience much below average.

As our group of five arrived, we requested 5 waters to start. Lady that seated us then asked what each person wanted. We reiterated with 5 people 5 waters is ok. We mention we had a senior (for the advertised price) and she said she can't do that, we must do that up front. Odd as I thought she brought us the bill but ok.

As we have our meal she would occasionally clear plates but water was never refilled and nothing else asked if ok along the way. At one point she had a pitcher of water and walked towards us then just took the pitcher back to her station. We did then retrieve it ourselves to fill our glasses and left it on the table the rest of the visit. Food variety was decent, quality was meh, but edible. Most typical dishes you'd find at a Chinese American restaurant.

As things wrapped up she brought the bill. No senior discount on one meal, so we go up front and get it adjusted. They write (-2) under the total. We take it back to the table to then pay the waitress.

When she comes to the table, she takes the bill (with associated cash payment on it) and stares at it a good minute, then asks "what is this?" In reference to the adjustment.

We explain it was for the senior meal we asked about and we went up front as she requested. She takes it up front herself to verify, trying to imply we made the change ourself. She then accepts the amount on it and makes change.

Overall, food was meh, service was awful, and the place surely wasn't fun. Don't plan to return due to how rude staff was and lack of...
