I went here at 7am. Nobody in line except me. The manager and employee tried to force me to use the kiosk to place my order. I told them no. Why can't they take my order? I was told "I have to" use the kiosk. This sounded strange. Why do I have to? I come to this location every week and other McDonald's location and have NEVER been told I have to use the kiosk. It's an option. Other customers and myself have ordered at the cashier plenty of times! After a few minutes of asking them to take my order and they kept forcing me to use the kiosk they finally took my order at the cashier. My reason I told them is that the screens on the kiosk are dirty so I don't want to touch them. I can see the stains. You don't know where people's hands have been and they have been touching the screens. No thanks. I don't want to get sick. I can wash my hands but it's an inconvenience. That means every time someone uses the kiosk they have to wash their hands. Not efficient. People are in a rush sometimes. I understand they are trying to get people to use the kiosk so it frees up their time but I refuse to use it because I know it's dirty. I love technology but will now sacrifice my health. So my advice is to order drive through only and not go inside to order unless you don't care about being sanitary. What about people with a disability or elderly that can't order from the kiosk??? How does that make sense where they "have to use the machine"??? If that was true then they would remove the main cash registers from the front. Poor customer service and giving false information. I'm going to contact the main HQ to see if this "new rule" is true. Seriously? Stop being lazy and just take my order so I can go please. Also there's no sign that says order from...
Read moreVery upset - again. Not in the first time I have issues with coupons in this particular restaurant. Moreover, I have already left feedback and filled surveys - it doesn’t help. If you offer me to use a coupon you have to train the staff working with a coupon system. During making on order I’ve informed that I have a coupon for fries. During payment the cashier forgot about it and charged me the whole price before I showed a coupon. It’s absolutely ok - people are making mistakes. The cashier was very polite, professional, and ask a manager to help. The manager came and without any apology started to blame me that I haven’t showed the coupon before to give a card. She repeated it three or four times. She didn’t even try to listen to me - she was just repeating the same phrase again and again. I felt guilty! I was trying to tell her that it is not the first issue here - but she didn’t want to listen to me at all. Even if it is my fault - there are no reason to blame a client, she should have been more polite and to give me an opportunity to say something. If was my mistake - explain it to me without emotions, please. She didn’t try to solve the issue or offer me any options - just repeating that that was my fault. Aren’t there any options to cancel a transaction or redo it? What if they charged me for additional item I hadn’t ordered? Would it has been my fault, too? At the end the manager finally offered me to add aditional fries using the coupon - it sounded for me like “ok, take your fries, just leave me alone”. I refused, because I just don’t need ADDITIONAL fries. You have to train your manager better - she acts in an appropriate way, rude...
Read moreIt’s about 6:58am EST, on June 11, 2024, I always visit this particular McDonalds. I know the night crew, managers and some of the morning crew. I’ve never had any issues while visiting this location. I normally go inside to use my laptop or Dash in this area and may rest (take breaks) in my automobile in between DASHES. I park where I feel safe. At about 7:01am before going into McDonald’s to get my regular hot water and lemons I heard a bang knocking up against the drivers side of my automobile. I heard this bang 3 times. I ignored it and continued to rest my eyes. Once I sat MY seat up there was a MALE staring at me with such hate in his eyes. This male/demon even walked away and walked back to my vehicle, he gritted looking my vehicle up and down. I asked, “is there a problem”? This angry HOSTILE MALE stated, “it’s 30 minute parking”. Out of almost 30 spaces he chose to harass me as a woman in the parking lot. I even noticed the banging on my automobile was his broom. He was sweeping the parking lot and used a broom to damage and bang up against my automobile. He will be reported to authorities for harassment and attempt to intimidate and damage the property of a WOMAN. He should be ashamed of himself. See the picture below in case you as a female experience the same TREATMENT from THIS ANGRY HOSTILE MALE. THIS REVIEW SERVES AS A NOTICE TO THIS MALE to CEASE AND DESIST ANY FURTHER CONTACT WITH ME, STAY AWAY FROM ME. STAY AWAY FROM MY AUTOMOBILE. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. I FEAR FOR MY SAFETY. ...
