Bad Bob's BBQ — Restaurant in Union City

First time trying the union city location. They explained "Bad Bob" actually owns this one and not the one in Benton. Benton's is great so that's why we stopped. This place was very gross. Warm inside. Very dirty place. Bathroom doors propped open with dirty road orange cones and you can barely get around them inside the door. They were the waist high, highway cones. I went in to wash my hands and flipped the light but it did not come on. The lady taking our order had just popped a zit and kept wiping blood off her face as she took our order. Tables and floors very sticky. Food. BBQ was cold. It was tender but every now and then you got a little tiny crunchy something in it. There was also a small bone in mine that got into my mouth. With the pork plate you receive a bun. Flat smooshed and stale. Beans were ok, slaw horrible horrible horrible. Potato salad was ok. Drink area is dirty, out of sweet tea, just a empty pitcher the whole time.. Wasnt busy. No ketchup either. I would suggest a pass when coming...

Went to the drive through. The lady said "one moment please".... that's fine, but after 15 MINUTES and us saying "we will just go inside" and put our car in drive and move forward she hollard over the intercom "what can I get you"... as we are placing our order she interrupted and said "is that all?" We said "uh" didn't even get to finish before she gave us our total and then DISAPPEARED!?! We get to the window wait an ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES before someone came to the window and took the rest of our order and our card. Took another 10 minutes to get the food. Paid 5.99 for fried pickles and got no ranch and 2 actual fried pickles and 3 quarter pieces... guess I got what I paid for.... usually a great experience but I guess things...

The last two times I was there were terrible. The service was the absolute worst I've ever had in my life and they can't blame it on being busy. We got there one night about 30 minutes before closing and they refused to serve us because they were closing. They were not even nice about it either. My husband talked me into going there again against my better judgement. It was after lunch so being a waitress for many many years I thought that would be a good time to go. I was wrong. The service was terrible and my food was not good. I read some people liked it. I'm glad they sometimes...
