I didn't notice until we were walking out but they have fly paper in the window of the entry way that was overloaded and looked nasty. It was $31 for my wife and I to dine in. I normally like the selection of pizza on the buffet and, if you want something different to be put out they generally get it done rather quickly. However, this time my wife requested a BBQ chicken pizza and after waiting nearly 30 minutes and asking twice it finally came out. The girls up front were steadily checking their phones or just standing around chit chatting and seemingly ignoring customers all together.
I mean don't get me wrong, it wasn't a horrible experience. With some slight changes it could be better. 1. Get employees off the phone while up front behind the counter. If you must check, step in the back but make sure the front is not left unattended. 2. I understand the price of everything is going up but, 31 bucks for 2 people is a little steep for the quality of food being produced. 3. Got up to get a drink and for the amount of employees you had standing around not doing anything, there shouldn't have been stacks of empty plates on everyone's table.
Cut your overhead and let some of those employees...
Read moreIt was a rather dismal experience. I was in town for the one night and it was suggested at the front desk along with Domino's. I thought I would try something new while in town. The pizza's okay, I also ordered crispy potato wedges (and was told that could be done). The wedges were soggy, cold and a bit gross. The pizza didn't come with the garlic butter sauce that it was advertised to come with and had been requested. Additionally, they didn't provide plates, napkins or anything to eat it with. When I made an inquiry by phone, they just told me that you have to ask and to remindthem about extra dip next time. I feel any decent business making an effort to take care of their client base new or old, would know that at a hotel they should at least ask the person if they might like something like plates, plastic wear, napkins and such... instead of just handing them a bag of items with no effort to verify or meet needs. Between the missing items, items that weren't prepared properly and unprofessional service and it prices... Domino's would have been a better choice. It was extremely...
Read moreSnappy tomatoes has always been one of my top favorite local chain pizza places. This location service goes above and beyond I had to drive from tiptonville which is about 40 minutes away and ran about 10 minutes into them closing and they still kept the doors open and brought my pizza to me fresh out of the kitchen!!!! The buffet here also is very well maintained compared to a lot of other places ( Cicis, Giovanni's) the salad doesn't look like it's been sitting there for 3 years and if you ask them to make you something fresh they're not going to argue that it's too slow they'll actually make it for you!!!!
As far as the pizza goes I got a five cheese beast!!! Their sauce always stands above and beyond everybody else is cuz it actually tastes like tomato instead of the seasonings!! Fresh cheese, Great taste and not too much bread which is how pizza is supposed to be made.
9/10 would highly recommend anybody the only thing I would say they could do better is make sure there's actually toilet paper and paper towels in...
