Love places like this. They do the food they know, and they do it well. No bs. I got the pan con chicharron y camote, which is pork cracklin sweet potato sandwich. And it was muy delicioso. Especially with the sauces they add on the table. If you wanted something like this in Manhattan, it would be so pretentious and 4x as much lol. Like $25 for a tablecloth haha.

I only wish the chicken was ready because it did look really good from the rotisseries, but I arrived too early in the day. So if you arrive early, get the breakfast (or mountain of ceviche), otherwise, go later for the chicken? I'll definitely come...

Without question the go to Peruvian in the area, a rare five star rating for me. The roasted chicken ranks up with the best Peruvian style places I’ve had it on either side of the river.
