Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Union City

Ordering from their website? Think twice if you don’t want to be cheated by them.

To put it short: they intentionally serve me two items as opposed to three that I ordered on their website where the tenders were missing and they didn’t tell me until I found it out myself later. The manager told me because I ordered from their website (popeyes.com) they are adding some arbitrary additional charge so the price I paid was only enough for two items. They also couldn’t explain to me why I was extraly charged for the fries and biscuits either but simply told me to go and he will follow up with his boss to see what he can do. The manager showed no sign of apology, and I was even wondering if he realized this was a mistake on his end, not me. Ridiculous. I cannot believe this is how they are doing business in the US! This restaurant has tables and chairs that are brand new that have been sitting against the left hand wall when you enter the store for over a year. They only have 3 dining tables set up and people use the tables to wait for their to go orders which makes it nearly impossible to dine inside the restaurant. I wish that they would assemble the tables that are still in boxes to allow for more places to dine in. Normally I want to dine in, but there is no room so I am forced to do take out. Restaurant manager please hire someone to assemble the tables so customers can eat at your restaurant like the way it was setup prior to Covid. This is a great fast food restaurant, but by the time I get home with my food it is no longer hot. You have invested in the tables and chairs, please...

The people who manages this place does NOT WANT to put chairs and tables the way it was prior to pandemic because you can just tell they don’t want to clean it maybe they’re lazy and it’s extra work for them!? It’s been three LONG YEARS since the Pandemic

and this place STILL THINKS we’re still in the middle of pandemic because there are NO Chairs/tables for the majority of the customers to seat down and this place just simply implies “Buy your Chicken but FOR TO GO ONLY and don’t bother us!” It’s just a

shame for a Major fast food place like this to turn away customers to dine in and ordering them that their food is for “TO GO” only hence why the atmosphere is not that good. I really feel sorry for Seniors trying to eat here but FORCED to buy their food...
