Taco Bell — Restaurant in Union City

Gosh, these cashiers have no customer service!!! Like, do they get trained to be rude and unpleasant because most of them are. I've been here several times and unfortunately, Farhad M is the cashier we always get. She is so passive aggressive from ordering the food to picking it up. She constantly is asking "are you ready to order" repeatedly, like no girl, I'm looking at the damn menu, hold your horses! When picking up our food, she aggressively passed the bag! Like WDF! She's absolutely rude and should not be working in an industry with customers cause she is unpleasant and seems to not enjoy it.

I'm sure management doesn't care because it's probably a revolving door of staff.

The food is meh, a hit or miss and you never know if these people mess with the food. We had the small steak tacos recently, and it had like 4 pieces of steak, such a rip off and honestly, not work trying. Skip, save your money and go somewhere else!

I have never had such a bad experience at this location. First, I asked to clarify that my order had been taken correctly only to be ignored while the employee told the previous customer to "have a nice day". Second, at the window when I asked to verify the order was 1/2 soft tacos and 1/2 crunchy tacos when the digital display at the order said all crunchy, this guy hollers to another person, "Mullah, I know the answer, but is this right?" "So I did it right then?" rather flippantly. Then after I had requested no sauce I got about a dozen hot sauce packets which I tried to return and was instructed to keep them or drop them in the drive thru because, and I quote, "no one wants to eat that after you've touched it". Mind you I understand they would have had to throw out the packets anyway, but to say that to any customer in the tone of voice I...

This nacho Bell was our last option for today. When we walked in it smelled like rotten food. But I wasn’t surprised because it’s a Taco Bell. The food standard qualities are the same standard qualities as all the other Taco Bell’s. The only positive thing I can say is that it’s hot. The lady was very nice although I do not understand half the things that she said. I will only come here as a last resort. They should definitely hire other people to clean this Taco Bell because of that smell. We ordered the nacho Bell grande a cheese burrito and two tacos.
