This was my first time here. I was very impressed. Very friendly staff, the man who seated us was really nice and greeted us as we were walking in the door. I had the Hawaiian fajita, which came inside half of a pineapple. It came with chicken, pineapple, onions, peppers, cheese, and shrimp ( but since I don't like shrimp, I had them substitute the shrimp for steak instead). My boyfriend had the 3 Amigos fajita. It came with chicken, steak, shrimp, onions, and peppers. Both meals came with a plate of tortillas, refried beans, rice, and lettuce with their sour cream sauce. I normally do not like refried beans, but this place has amazing refried beans that I could have just eaten a plate of it alone. We also had a Pina Colada margarita and a raspberry margarita. The Pina Colada was my favorite 😍. I thought it was kinda pricey for the food. But it was well worth it, being that the meals are very huge in portions. You will definitely have plenty left to take home for leftovers. There was no wait to be seated and had prompt table service, but it did take a while for us to get our bill so we could pay and leave. I only noticed one waitress, so that may have been the reason why it took a while to get our bill. Overall, I recommend this place, especially if you have a never-ending hunger. They also have outdoor seating for those who like to...
Read moreGiving an honest go at the newest Mexican restaurant in the buckeye lake area and it's only so-so. I visited late on a Sunday with only 2 other patrons in the place. I was seated quick but then had to ask another person (not my server) to take my order after 15 minutes. Complimentary chips and salsa was nice I had then add a cheese sauce side lacked flavor and bland, I had the 3 Amigos as an entree good combination of shrimp beef and chicken cooked proper. Sides was only torn lettuce, small amount of cut tomatoes with sour cream smothering it, rice and black beans? 3 of the smallest soft tortilla blankets I've ever seen which led to me eating my meal with a fork. Homemade hot salsa had great flavor but lacked any heat for a Mexican restaurant i found that odd as well everything was suitable for a food truck on the go but not a sitdown establishment. Be prepared for top pricing if you order a tall mixed with top shelf liquor (it'll cost ya). Maybe it's just that they're new but I'll give it another chance in the future soon and hopefully I can give a...
Read moreI have been a frequent customer, but after yesterday I probably will not return. Another patron in the restaurant yesterday was stealing things out of the cooler, and after being asked about it by the server, he decided to harass other patrons in the restaurant and actually got physical with me… a 67 year old woman… by hitting my hand and knocking my phone out of my hand. My husband and several other men in the restaurant, one of whom he had already harassed also, came to my defense. The wait staff did nothing to get this person out of the restaurant, call the police or anything else other than apologize. I don’t think I’m wrong expecting the management of the restaurant to take care of unruly patrons! I believe these people were left over from the lost lands festival from the weekend before. There was also a young woman (from lost lands) that seemed to be trying to strike up a “friendship” with an older male sitting at the bar as we were preparing to leave. All I can say about this visit is...
