Even after telling the cashier my wife was hearing impaired, she still insisted we wore masks and refused service. Under the COVID guidelines for Ohio, because my wife is hearing impaired and I'm accompanying her. She nor I are are required by law to wear a mask. The positive out of this is that we found another coffee shop that respects the hearing impaired and offer much better coffee and pastries.
