McDonald's — Restaurant in Union Township

I was not impressed with the service at this particular McDonald's. They always forget everything every time I order something I have to drive back through. And I am not a person that likes to make complicated orders I do not ask for changes to items that are already on the menu I simply asked for what they already have. Example the other day I went for breakfast and I ordered a sausage McGriddle meal with two breakfast burritos and an extra hash brown I asked for mild sauce with the burritos. Of course they forgot the mild sauce as they always do. And when I got home to eat the breakfast burritos there were almost no eggs like four pieces of sausage and a quarter of a piece of cheese it was mainly tortilla shell. I was so disappointed in the burritos that I threw them in the trash what a waste of money. If I could give this McDonald's a zero-star review I would they need to find an entire new crew or pay their employees just a little more so they will care just a tiny bit about what...

I visited the drive thru earlier in the morning, about 6:45 AM. There were three vehicles ahead of me and I had to wait several minutes for my order to be taken. The employee at the first window greeted me with a smile and a warm tone, thanked me for my order, and wished me a good day. (She's the reason I can give two stars...one for the food and one for her.) The worker at the pickup window, however, needed a lesson in manners. I pulled up, the window opened, the worker handed me my bag and said, "Okay." I mentioned that I was missing a mocha and she just stared at me. Again, I repeated that I was missing a mocha. She turned around and stared at the employee making the mocha. The employee making the mocha was in no hurry as she was more concerned with talking about how she had no idea how she was getting home after work. What should have been a fast visit turned into more time in the drive thru than I wanted and with less friendly empolyees than I had...

I go every morning most of the time very friendly and quick, some days it seems a little crazy. Manager Becky is awesome and helps u with whatever u need if its wrong or u have a problem. Lately its been alot better then what it was months ago.

Edit: lately they been rude to us when we come because when something is wrong we will let them know then we get attitude even from managers, so we complain to corporate or whoever we need to and then now we r the bad people. I tried to be nice n give them a good review because they had some good workers but not now there is maybe 3 that are cool. If u dont like your job or can't handle it then quit. The place is filthy i dont ever eat in and I ask for fresh stuff (causes attitude) because they will give u old stuff sitting there letting flies land on it and stuff. I try my damnedest to go to another...
