I’ve always loved Waffle House, but this visit was something truly special—and that’s 100% thanks to the incredible team working that day, especially Jen.
Let me just say: Jen is a superstar. She didn’t just provide great service—she created an entire experience. From the second we walked in, her warmth and enthusiasm made us feel instantly welcome. She has this amazing way of making every guest feel like the most important person in the room. She remembered our names, our orders, and even what we liked in our coffee. She was juggling a busy dining room with ease, never missing a beat—and always with a smile. If there was an award for hospitality, Jen would win it hands down. She radiates kindness, energy, and professionalism. Waffle House isn’t just lucky to have her—she’s the gold standard of customer service.
Michael, the chef, was equally impressive. The food was outstanding—everything cooked to perfection. You could actually taste the care he puts into every order. The eggs were fluffy, the waffles were golden and crispy, and the hashbrowns? Perfection. Michael clearly takes real pride in his cooking, and it shows in every single bite.
And Laura tied it all together with her quiet kindness and attention to detail. She moved through the restaurant gracefully, always checking in, clearing plates, and making sure everyone was comfortable. She added such a calm and welcoming vibe to the whole experience.
This team—Jen, Michael, and Laura—is what every restaurant dreams of having. They don’t just serve food; they create a moment you’ll remember. I left with a full stomach and a big smile, and I’ll definitely be back soon. Waffle House, thank you for hiring such...
Read moreCompletely horrible! There were workers sitting on their phone when there were tables that needed to be cleaned off. I had waited for 20 mins before we freaking cleaned off the table ourselves. Literally moved the dishes to another table that wasn’t cleaned off either and asked someone to wipe it down thank god for him he was super sweet. Now our server she had the worst attitude ever! Sorta tall skinny girl with long dark hair. She was definitely too high to function correctly. We had asked for a coffee and a water right off the bat after waiting 10 mins for the server to even come over to see us. She got the coffee but never got the water. She forgot the spoons and the half and half. Then we had asked once again for our waters and she never ever got them. She had three tables with like 3 people at one and 2 at another and there were 2 of us. So we waited and waited trying to get her attention she finally came over to take our order still haven't gotten our waters. We asked once again. We waited and waited. We got so irritated, she never came over to check on us at all not even one time. So we left. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at waffle house every time i’ve gone it’s been a great experience with great food! Ruined...
Read moreMy 9yr old son and I came in Monday morning 6:40am. It was not busy at all, including us they had a total of 4 customers.... they had two waitresses sitting at the table with nothing to do....We sat down and ordered, I asked for coffee with the cream and sweet and low. She just dumped a couple creamers, our drinks and ran off. But when I tried to ask her she didn't seem interested in attending my table and more interested in sitting directly behind us with her fellow co-workers and use profanity loudly in earshot of my 9yr old. Then she brings me my food over first.. and we had to wait several more minutes for my son's single waffle. My food was poorly made and felt ice cold. The bacon looked like it was freshly cut off the pig and barely cooked. But I couldn't get a chance to tell her because she kept disappearing. She did not once come check on us or ask us how we were doing. I made the mistake of asking for a Togo coffee. She slammed a tiny to go cup on the table. This is my second time coming here and very disappointed. I was hoping they would redeem themselves....
