If I could give it zero stars I would. This is honestly one of the first times I’ve ever written a review for anything because I usually find it pointless but I’m hoping the right person will see it and maybe do something about it. So first of all after a very long drive I pull up at 9 pm the young lady at the desk was alone and helping a man before me. Her computers went down which put her at a stand still. So she called her boss who i believe was in the same building. He told her to call tech support and make everyone wait. So this poor woman is trying to answer phones, talk to tech support and help however she can at the same time. Finally an off the clock coworker came to help and got things moving. So at 10:30 I finally got to my room on the third floor. Key cards didn’t work, back to the lobby. The people who had checked in behind me were already asking for A refund because their room was disgusting and had not been cleaned. Off the clock coworker fix my keys happily and sent me back up to my room. When I opened the door to my hotel room finally The first thing I saw was that the beds weren’t even made, so obviously not cleaned. They had obviously been slept in. The walls were stained and disgusting there were cigarette ashes everywhere and it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned at all. Let’s just say I’m not a squeamish person but I truly felt disgusting after spending almost 2 hours in that place. The woman at the desk called her manager at least 5 times that I witnessed and he would not offer any help, even with a lobby full of unhappy customers. On the bright side Mandy was super helpful and did not once lose her cool. She offered me a refund with no argument and was very nice regardless of how stressed she was and how rude some of the customers were. Your employees deserve better!
