I am so disappointed and so angry of how my food was prepared, first off I had two different orders and everything was just throwing in my bag all the fires in the bag, second when my food wa Shang out to me I ask if everything was there and they say yes and once I check inside the bag I had orders missing and I had to park my car to go let them know my orders and once I spoke to one the assistant and told them my order missing and show them how my order look he only said ooooh. Read moreI used to manage a taco bell and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a tacobell. Clearly have no regard for foodsafety. Potatoes are supposed to be fresh every 2 hours according to prep cards. And I know for a fact these potatoes have been sitting around way longer then that, they're literally as hard as a rock. The quesarito is not built correctly. Show your team members the build cards, and have them watch the videos on how to roll a burrito again, ingredients were not evenly distributed. Also you used the wrong paper to wrap every single item, if this were an audit you would've failed already. Tacobell you need to get your staff and management in line or shut this location down...
Read moreI wouldn’t even get this Taco Bell a 1 in service. Today I was in the drive through. 4 people I’m front off me so I was unable to get out on the line. When trying to order the person on inter-come said they were busy and asked me to come inside and order. I said how can I get out of line to do so when I had for cars in front of me. He said either way you would have to wait. Which makes no sense if I’m already waiting in the line. Clearly frustrated I said why not shut down the drive through if they were busy and not taking orders. He said “why don’t you just go home and cook.” Unbelievable customer service …such a shame how people are...
