I come to panda express every so often ready for a good meal but this time when I came in I saw friendly faces but I’m not really welcomed in so I started conversations to get a more friendly reaction when it came to the food I ordered half of rice and half of lo mein I also ordered Two sides of sesame chicken to be exact and I usually get two spoons on each side this time I got one in spoon and two pieces with a whole lot of peppers and string beans I didn’t think that was fair. I voiced my opinion and also mentioned the times I’ve been here before I was provided two spoons on each side or at least one full spoon and a good second not two pieces and Kathleen refused to add just a little more chicken to the meal and did not budge on any customer service or satisfaction to the customer. She told me that is the best she can do and said I can either buy more or leave, I chose the latter. Then a young man came to the window it ce to $11.35 I gave him $2 bills and the 35 cents. He came back in five minutes to say the safe smart doea not accept $2 bills. I said what is that? This is American money and the bills are real why doesn't your company accept real American money? He said I know it is real but because the safe smart says it is not accept it. Of course I ask for the manager Kathleen who is on her private cell phone taking a call. She says we cant take it. I said I understamday have have the number to corporate? She says go online and get it we can't take ur money here she pushes the bills out with the change on top which drops to the ground. asked so you are just gonna toss my $ at me?
