We hired this restaurant to cater our rehersal dinner! We had never eaten here before, but getting married on an island and planning a wedding on St Thomas, meant our options for a seafood boil were limited- so we trusted google reviews AND WE ARE SO GLAD WE TRUSTED THIS FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT WITH OUR REHEARSAL DINNER! The owners were flexible with our order and accommodated our specific needs. We ordered snow crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish and wings.. WOW. Just ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The wings were so crispy and juicy, and the seafood was AH-MAZING. The seasoning they use for their signature boil recipe has left me “cravin” more. The quality seafood they source left us and our guests literally saying “wow that was a delicious meal”. Thank you so much for your wonderful food and for making our rehearsal dinner everything we wanted. The food was just incredible and your timeliness and reasonable prices left my husband and I feeling very thankful for your family and your restaurant. Thank you thank you thank you! 10/10 would order from this place again and...
Read moreOur waitress Ofelia was very nice and did everything we asked of her. However, the prices, portions, and flavor of the food were the thing here. Pricey and very skimpy on the portion sizes. I ordered the lobster mac n cheese and my husband ordered one of the "buckets" with crab legs and half lobster tail. Our bill was $135!!! My lobster mac n cheese was very bland and lacked flavor. Also, this dish had very little lobster meat. They make it look and appear like you'll get alot because it comes on a lobster shell( that's actually just for looks). My dish came with "veggies". It was literally just "steamed" broccoli. I say "steamed" because it was not fully cooked. This dish was $35 and so not worth it. Now...onto my husband's dish...his had flavor but the crab legs were just random parts...and they were very skimpy on his portion size. His meal was the bulk of our bill as the half lobster was at MP ($35 alone just for the half lobster). Think long and hard before you decide to eat here. During our stay, I really liked The...
Read moreLunch and dinner at cravin crabs is like night and day. Lunch as opposed to dinner is like pandas express. You get to choose your entree and two sides for a take out box and it's free style seating, no table side service. Entrees and sides are more so on the local Caribbean end, and our favorites are the curried half lobsters ($22), blackened salmon ($15), and seasoned chicken (10) with rice and beans, fried plantains and steamed veggies. From their dinner menu they only offer crabs legs and shrimp scampi ($16) during lunch as entrees. Lunch runs M-F from 11am-3pm however it is still VERY busy at 2pm. The line can wrap around the dinning area with no cruise ship in. I know that this restaurant is popular with cruise ship employees because of their Filipino menu so be prepared to wait for your food if the ships are docked. Overall a pretty yummy place for a lunch stop...
