Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Universal City

While I love Domino's, this is the second time the person taking my order over the phone didn't ask my name, and didn't ask about my address. I had to ask if he was ready for my card number, if he had the correct address, because last time the poor delivery driver was still on Patbooker Rd looking for me at two bars or one bar and somewhere else just not a house. And every time I order threw the app it automatically sets me up with a location about 20 minutes from my house. That's why I order over the phone. I am not sure if he can hear me or maybe part of it is the fact that I am on a cellphone. But I am pretty sure it was the same young man as last time. Maybe another training session is in need so that way when taking phone orders they know how to make sure the get all the information in the computer correctly before they end the call. DON'T ORDER from this dominoes very bad service very bad time to arrive to your house if its delivery food from here taste funky different than other dominoes in the surrounding areas also there tracker says its been delivered when it really hasnt the gm is not a good gm he doesnt even care about customer service he seems to me like he just wants the pay check but doesnt care about contributing his share of work to make dominoes a great business its really sad how dominoes doesnt care who they hire anymore im never ordering from here and noone else should either unless you like to be taken advantage of and want to spend your hard earned money on bad service and not getting what you want and also they forget the about the little things you order that still charge you for like sauces and stuff but beware this dominoes very savage there...

On 3/23/24 12::30 am, I go to this pat booker location and the front door is locked. You have to be buzzed in. So I stand at the door waiting. There is a middle aged white man sweeping up the store. He throws the trash away by grabbing the bottom of dustpan with his bare hand to empty into the big trash can. He Doesn't wash his hands but instead grabs the pizza I ordered from the oven and uses his hand to hold the edge of pizza while he cuts it. At this point another worker comes out from the back and buzzes me in. The same nasty worker boxes up another pizza and as he handles the pizza, some sauce gets on his hand, he licks two of his fingers then proceeded to finish cutting that pie. So gross, I immediately turn around and leave without getting my food. Won't be ordering from this location again. They're...
