PAST RESPONSE: I don't know what this review will accomplish, but I needed you to be aware of the current customer service provided in your establishment and state that we have been unsatisfied with this particular employee's performance towards us. The new barista's attitude has been poor with ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ENCOUNTER WE HAD WITH HER at the drive through for the past two or three weeks.
Been coming here for over a year now, almost everyday since relocating to this area. It's convenient because it is only a 2 minute walk to get decent coffee. It's not the best, but it works when I have no time to make it on my own before work. I order the same drinks every single time and for some odd reason, pricing is always different, plus no receipt offered or given, so I cannot verify what's being charged. I think I am too nice, because there has been more than a handful of times when our order is wrong or just taste completely different from the last order. I don't have time to get down and complain about coffee at a drive-thru, hence the reason for a drive-thru. Normally, we'd just brush off the mistake and just drink the darn thing that we paid for. BUT this new barista really got to me because I had to humble myself and bite my tongue to avoid giving her the lashing that she probably deserved at the moment. Not only was our order wrong...AGAIN, but she was also RUDE yet AGAIN! So... instead I sent an email this morning explaining exactly what happened, so I won't go into more detail here. Since I have gotten no response back, I am now sending in this review in hopes I could get a response then.
I think she should just be moved to handle in-house customers and removed from the drive-thru... OR... get better training with customer service and coffee...

We went here in person before and although it took forever (don’t blame the barista— she was the only person working even though we saw someone come to the front briefly but didn’t offer to help her idk why) I wanted to give this place another shot and figured drive thru would be quicker. Anyway so today we went through the drive thru and ordered 3 hot chocolate’s and the barista (idk if it’s the same one from a couple weeks ago) asked “and will you be leaving a tip today?” Okay… awkward to put us on the spot like that so we said sure and then she asked how much. We left a $5 tip and I told my husband “oh that was awkward, I prefer the iPad method if anything.” And he said “I’m not sure why she even asked since they have a tip jar in the window that I could have left a tip in.” I think it just makes for a very uncomfortable interaction. I don’t ever tip in the drive thru at any establishment and now I’ll probably be avoiding this place. I normally tip 20% but this is one of those “tipping culture is getting out of hand” situations. Read moreWell... I ordered two drinks for my daughter and I. Drinks were honestly less than desirable. I also ordered a lemon cake. The cake was hard and stale. I usually don’t complain but it was inedible. They didn’t have another to replace it and said they couldn’t give me anything else. So I said, well I would like a refund for the cake (I didn’t complain about the drinks) and she said that she didn’t know how to do that but she would call someone for some help. She did and we waited for her to notify us what the status was. She never said or made and effort to come speak to us. I got the feeling that she was hoping that we would just sweep it under the rug and leave. I went back up to the counter and asked again she then took my credit card and said she would credit the card back. Whatever attempt she made didn’t work at all. I had already left the store and I’m like forget it I’m not going back to deal with incompetence any longer. Won’t be going back...
