The worst. While the Staff is fairly nice, it seems they were more eager to point out what I couldn't do than what I could. Also, I was there to return some items. I walked in around 2pm and was there till they closed at 7pm. I wish I was kidding. I had the first agent help me, who then had to call another agent at another store, who then called their boss, who wasn't available. I had to make my return this day or I would have gone past the 14 day window. Well, it didn't happen. They suggested I go to the mall store the next day and they would make a note on my account and I could have them call to verify. So, I took another day off work to return my phone, case, charger, screen protector. I arrived at the mall.when they opened, and unsurprisingly, they wouldn't do the return because 14 days had passed. I told them about they day before and provided the other stores number. Oh, I also called ATT that morning beforehand to.explain what was happening. The agent on the phone said there was no reason for them not to do the return and said to have the mall store staff call ATT if there was any problems. I asked the mall store employee to please call ATT to fix this and they, the agent and manager flat out refused to call. I could keep going as there is more to this, but it is pointless. There is no happy ending. No positive resolution. Do yourself favor and steer clear of this store and att as a whole. I am 44 and I have been so.dissapointed over the years watching customer service go in the toilet. It is a combination of lack of proper training, zero motivation caused by poor wages, and employees who are ignorant to what "pride in your work" is. Anyways, right now I have an ATT account with $750 in credits that can be used to pay the monthly bill and handset installments. I also have a Galaxy s21+ 5g connected to it. It's only a few months old. I am selling the entire account and phone. Buy it and I can transfer the entire account over to you. So, if you want to disregard everything I wrote before this, and want to buy this phone and credits, hit me up. I am on most social media under my name, Samzirra.

Typical phone store experience no better no worse passing the buck. I haven’t called the 800 number.

I went with my 2 adult daughters to just add one of my daughter's to my Elite plan. All my family was on but her and adding her would bring it up to 5. TaytonP was the only rep there and seemed very helpful and patient. She told us if we upgraded our phones it was free. I had a iphone 13 that I was fine with but for that opportunity I thought why not and so did my daughters. Although it took 3.5 hours Tayton gave us free iphone 16's, chargers, glass protectors and wall chargers. I normally try to go through Amazon but when she said it was included free so she gave it to us. She worked a long time because she also said if we changed to a starter plan it would be much cheaper like the Elite was about $250 down to $176/month for the Starter Plan. So she switched us to a Starter plan that she said would require 6 phones and said if we added a 6th line (not phone) that it would just be a one time initial activation. She said the initial bill would be lower than the $176month and the following month maybe twice as much then would be around $176. The first bill was about $156 the second bill $619 with future bills close to $400/month! I called AT&T to ask what happened and help. The whole thing was a mess! I now lost my Elite plan because of the changes made and could not get it back. Now the "Free phones" were actually full price about $3300 for 3 phones (I did get $23.61 for my iPhone 13) so now we're paying installments over 36 months. The "free" accessories Tayton gave us were actually buy 2 get one free which are also on installment payments. Plus we were put on various other protection plans and programs I never wanted or even was asked about. I had confidence in her as she did go into the backroom to verify everything with her boss, I think over the phone, because she said she wanted to make sure everything she was doing was correct. I didn't check the bill of plan until the second unexpectedly huge bill showed up. Tayton did not give us any paperwork about the sales or plan information and said she would email it and since everything is on-line now there's no hard copy you can hold in your hand to double check for the sale or the plan anymore. When I called AT&T for help I also found out the 6th phone line was not required in the Starter Pan but that I had to keep it for 90 days per contract. They also told me Tayton had put 2 lines on a Premium Plan for some reason costing more and doesn't make sense when she said the Starter Plan needed 6 people. AT&T verified I could not get my old plan back and helped fix the Starter Plan. They did say everything that was done was a mess. The equipment I really didn't want or need and the time purchasing and changing plans was such a waste of time and then to correct everything with the help of AT&T has been time consuming and an incredible hassle. I'm not sure why this happened, it was a very expensive issue bad information and advice. I absolutely cannot not recommend this store. I wish I couldn't even...

Hands down the worst service I've even received anywhere in my entire life. The "manager" made me believe my only option was to drop 1000 dollars on a new phone when my broken phone was within the manufacturers warranty. It was only 6 days old. I just drove through Canada from Alaska and this was my welcome to Tacoma. She made it sound like I broke it on purpose for some reason and there was nothing I could do about it. I went to the corporate location and dropped her name, everyone immediately apologized for her bad behavior.. they said they've have a lot of people complaining about her specifically. I brought up that she just started yelling at me immediately when I confronted her, and that I guess is her MO. When she doesn't feel like doing her job she just yells at customers until they get frustrated and walk out. Terrible business practice... I was ready to say goodbye to ATT entirely, but I've been a customer for almost a decade.. and I've learned not to judge an entire cooperation over one bad employee. In short, don't go to this location. I have a new phone and problems solved now 2 days later, not thanks to anyone at...
