Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in University Place

Today, around 1-1:30pm, I ordered a lot of food for my family, and i got 1 drink and 2 milk shakes but they didn’t give me a cup holder so I asked for one and the lady in the front desk was saying “Oh you need this??” In a really rude manner and I am a korean person who is not very fluent in English. And i ordered 2 hamburgers, but I only got 1. So i told the same lady, “Hey, I don’t see another hamburger.” And she said “What do you want” and she said “Oh it’s at the bottom” and i checked everything BEFORE i asked so i said “theres no burger in the bottom” and she said oh.. and she went to the back and started talking to the people, and there was a burger sitting on the counter and she said “Oh! The saddest thing about Habit Burger is, you don't know when to stop cutting corners with the quality and service. I got an order of French fries for $3.99+tx and what I got for that amount was a small fry that resembles something out of a kids meal from McDonald's. My wife asked if we had ordered a small fry because we were completely confused about the size. The employee said " no, we only have one size and I had to ask again where the rest were" they aren't giving them to you in the traditional ' fry boat ', but instead they are putting your fries in a tiny bag and telling you it's the same amount. You're starting to act like your neighbor, chipotle!!! Don't forget folks, they sit under the same umbrella company, yum brands. The sister company of PepsiCo. Waited a good 15 minutes just to get to our window and when we got there waited another 20 minutes and while waiting the girl at the drive thru asked what our order was.. and she was standing around that area the whole time we were waiting. then come to find out our order was just SITTING somewhere the whole time because whoever made it had to “run to the bathroom” ??? so we had them remake my order because i didn’t want it cold and they forgot my bacon that i paid extra for SMH don’t come to this location and maybe try the one on pearl street i’ve never had any issues there. also they didn’t give me my receipt so i can’t even show proof and get any kind of reimbursement… as far as the food itself it’s alright i’ve had better from them i just wish i...
