We came by as we needed to get something from Mud Bay and the closest one to us was in University Place. I saw that this spot recently opened and we decided to grab food here. As we entered, we saw that employees were having their lunch as everyone else in the restaurant had been served (four tables). One of the employees greeted us politely and told us to sit wherever we wanted then handed us menus to browse.

I do like that they have several tables and chairs for outdoor dining and it seems like they can open up the side door garage. The inside had a very modern feel to it. Their tables had the sauces, salt and pepper which is always a good sign. We got two large combination phos with one eggroll combo and one spring roll combo. We received our basil, jalapenos, beansprouts and lime but we asked for more bean sprouts as there weren't a lot to share among two people. We also saw that the basil leaves were more on the wilted side than fresh. The spring roll was on a the bigger side which I was happy with and I just wished they gave more of the peanut sauce. My boyfriend liked his eggroll as well. Our phos were on the meh side as the broth was not as flavorful or hearty as other pho places. I wasn't a fan of the brisket here and I feel like they only give smaller tendon pieces which was hard to pick up with chopsticks. We never got checked on during any time of our stay here which is unfortunate as we also weren't sure if we wait to pay or pay up front. It also didn't help that we were right next to the employee's table that was having their lunch at the same time. I would recommend going to a different pho spot as it's way too pricey for the quality, lack of service...

The food wasn’t too bad. I ordered the Pho combo with the combination pho and print roll I also ordered a BBQ chicken ban mi. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt because I ordered the combination pho which came with the fatty brisket but the pho was too oily for my preference. I also ordered an extra order of the rare ribeye steak which when it was brought out to me it was very well cooked and sitting in of pool of its own grease (I wanted the extra protein so I didn’t turn it away).

The flavor of the pho wasn’t there I usually taste the broth before adding ( some would say ruining it) and it wasn’t as flavorful as what I’ve had in the past at other restaurants. Usually I only add a little hoisin and sriracha but I had to do a couple of circles.

The ban mi wasn’t bad overall it was the second best item I ordered. I was just disappointed that it didn’t have any pate. The baguette was flaky and soft and the flavor of the BBQ chicken was delicious. The pate would’ve elevated the bahn mi 100 times

The spring rolls that came with the combination was the best item I ordered. The peanut dipping sauce was one of the best I’ve had.

The customer service was by far the best customer service I’ve had in a while.

Will I be coming back? I can tell you that because of the spring rolls and the customer service I am willing to come back to try the Bon Bo Hue just probably not...

Drove 25 minutes to have Pho (w/daughter) arrived at 7:15pm Sunday - 1 person in line a few ladies w/kids on balcony finishing up. we sat down, than a man came over and told us we are only doing take out orders only (tone was rude) and we looked and each other and decided to order to go, as we sat there the man turned again and said, are you just going to sit there are come over here an order? Interesting ton again, at this point, I' m like find another place, nothing around opened, so we decide on sandwiches - very disappointing we couldn't eat there when business hours state closed at 8pm ( arrived 45 minutes before close)

sandwiches were ok, veggies shortage, had to assemble myself across the street at the nice eating area, (thank god, sandwich would of been nasty on my 25 minute drive back home.

very rude customer service overall, Kind of want my tip back! NO Thank you, have a nice evening

Oh did I mention "Vaping" was going on between the door of outside deck and inside...

The soup was just meh. I got the combination that supposedly had all the stuff. No flavor and no odor of Star anise. The few pieces of meat were very small and mostly fat and no flavor. Probably only about four pieces. I chewed on a couple of grisly things that would not breakdown. One of the photos shows them. I couldn’t tell if it was tendon or gristle. The noodles were more chewy than soft. Not much tendon or tripe. The bowl was huge but not filled to the top but plenty of soup. I did eat it all . I wouldn’t order it again because there are better Pho places around like UP Pho and Teriyaki, located at Harbor Greens area. The staff were friendly and the environment was great but not enough to save the soup. I had the house combination that was supposed to have different types of meat for $17. I only found the fatty brisket.

I’ve tried so many pho places across WA, CA, and other states, but OMG Pho really stands out. I couldn’t wait to try it after seeing their grand opening, and let me tell you—OMG is right! These days, pho can be pricey, and portions are often small, but this place is a pleasant surprise. The portions are amazing, and the service is fantastic. I ordered a large pho, and it was huge—I couldn’t even finish it! There was a generous amount of meat, and the broth was rich and flavorful. This owner gone wild, Jumbo large pho for $15. I tried the steak pho, teriyaki chicken, Katzu, Korean bulgogi, and spring rolls, and each dish was delicious. Everything was full of flavor, and I loved every bite. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great taste, quality, and portions! We will come back again.

Ordered Togo as I am doing things across the way at the Library. I had Ribeye Phò and it's extremely tasty. Expect things to be uncooked, the broth is hot enough to cook your meat choice or choices within about 5 minutes. The meat is tender and easily chewable. Think of this similar to going to a hot pot, except with Phò noodles and makings. This is right up there with the other top places for this style of cuisine I've had. If you're near or in University Place near Tacoma and in the mood for Phò make this a top choice spot. using my personal rating system 10/10 in all categories, also 4 paws up.
