Thai Family Sisters Restaurant — Restaurant in Upland

Well, I was sitting in my car thinking about food so I pulled up my maps and searched, and I decided upon Thai food, I decided based upon the photos of the sea food selection. So I made the short drive and found parking. Upon entering the restaurant, the ambiance was perfect, the music was excellent and I was greeted with a very Geourgeous Woman who's smile and aura was so bright. I felt relaxed. I was seated immiadetly. Tori was so attentive and respectful and checked on me multiple times during my eating. Her Family raised her with mannerisms. Respects. Her personality had me smiling and laughing, and giggling, im so appreciative. The food was prepared very fast, hot, fresh, and oh so tasty! The iced Vietnamese coffee was soooooo good!!! I fully enjoyed deciding on your Family owned restaurant. I ordered the Shrimp Temporah as an appetizer, and the Teriyaki Salmon for dinner. The food was so scrumptious!!!!! I delightfully enjoyed every sip and bite. And the desert, the Mango with Sticky Rice, was heavenly. I just finished the rest of the Mango right now. I thank you for everything. I highly recomend your restaurant not only for the food, for the service, the mannerisms for the smiles and laughs, for everything, oh and the restaurant was very clean. Kudos 10/10. This place is not good at all. I ate here one night after school and got violently sick the next day. Was sick all that day, ended up going to the hospital the same night and was told I had food poisoning. Contacted the restaurant about it, and they said they would help me with my hospital bill. then later, they backed out of it. I went to the health department later on only to find out they have health code violations for things like a kitchen employee smoking, alpha sprouts left out of the refrigerator too long (DANGEROUS) and another violation for not having a proper wash sink, it was also noted on that violation that they had cutting boards on that sink were they were cutting raw chicken!! disgusting!! why does this restaurant not have a proper wash sink? Not only did this restaurant lie to me about helping with my medical bill, they gave me a huge run around, saying the owner was in Thailand. This Restaurant has new ownership for about two months at time of this review. So since Late September of 2023. We were regulars at the previous ownership and the food was very good. The New Ownership has stepped it up notch. The food is even better, a little more presentable, slightly bigger portions, and even greater flavor. We had steamed dumplings that were delicious. Beautiful presentation. Next yellow curry has a rich smooth flavor. I had a Thai salad with beef(not sure of name) much larger portions with a great mix of veggies and a plenty of beef strips. Finally, Pineapple Rice which was presented in a half of pineapple. It was a beautiful display. Not as much as when you get it without a pineapple half, but a good balance of all the proteins and other goods. One more thing the Thai Iced tea was spot on and in an long lasting tall glass.
