I've tried this place a couple of times now and I really wanted to like it, but it's just mediocre at best. I really don't understand their model. They serve slightly undercooked, doughy bread at a premium price. Maybe people go home and reheat it? I don't really get it, it's just not very good. Krogers bakery has better bread at a price that's much cheaper. I hate leaving a negative review for a local company, but it's just not good. Try...

Very helpful staff! When it came to dietary restrictions, they were happy to help. Also, very great selection. It's nice that you are able to sample some breads before buying. I've never had any issues with any of the breads but recently have experienced an adverse reaction for the first time with the last loaf I purchased (also a new flavor I've tried). I don't know what is in the bread this time that triggered it, but can't enjoy...

So I went here and had an awful experience a few months back.. after a few back and forths with the owner I gave them another shot and not on a day they were expecting so they couldn't plan for it to create a fake experience... EVEN WORSE. THE bakery itself is fine but the people are really bad with customer service.. you won't fool me to go back a 3rd time.. unfortunately for them I'm going to drop my 2 star...
