I ordered a Large hot macchiato on the app. When I got my order it was a iced one. I walked out the door & noticed that at was ice, so I returned with my receipt. I even second guessed myself for a second until I looked at my receipt. When I let the guy know that the error was made he seemed annoyed.
I asked him if he was going to throw it away, because if so I would have just given the ice one to my girlfriend. He snatched it off the counter before I could even finish & threw it in the trash. I put in an order on the app but did not receive it because the location was closed. I went to the location this morning in attempt to get the ordered that I paid for, but the cashier was rude, dismissive and kept telling me to call customer service.
