I ordered a Large hot macchiato on the app. When I got my order it was a iced one. I walked out the door & noticed that at was ice, so I returned with my receipt. I even second guessed myself for a second until I looked at my receipt. When I let the guy know that the error was made he seemed annoyed.

I asked him if he was going to throw it away, because if so I would have just given the ice one to my girlfriend. He snatched it off the counter before I could even finish & threw it in the trash. I have been going to this location for several years and never had an issue until this morning. The location closed early yesterday due to a “power outage”. I put in an order on the app but did not receive it because the location was closed. I went to the location this morning in attempt to get the ordered that I paid for, but the cashier was rude, dismissive and kept telling me to call customer service. This cashier is normally angry and rude and needs a course on proper customer service. The only good thing about this location is the one young worker Das if he didn’t run away. An old man went in after the Eagles won and the woman behind the counter was giving him the hardest time. She was expressing frustration, saying she gave away so many coffees, and went on and on. I'm thinking, why is she being such an ass to him? Maybe it was something before I walked in.. then it was my turn, a gentleman was waiting on me and I told him I would like a med iced coffee and he started to give me a hard time.
