Great new interior! Better service! You can order through a computer & take a number for your table & enter it there touch screen mode on a flat screen as big as a bus stand sign (close to it). You can use cash/credit/debit. You can give options to customize your food. Ie. no onions on your burger & less ice/none at all. Type sauces you want. How many pickles/none. Add beacon! Subtract lettuce/less. Select if you want a tomato on your sandwich/no. All drinks even the biggest is only $1.00! Still great service if you decide to go in line very short only 2 people ahead of you/not at all. Newly designed registers, touch screen mode on flat screen. Flat screens for all options of foods behind the counter. Cushing seats & access to both rms now on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor has a belt strap design on the benches that are cushioned, nice soft brown faux leather & some barstools with black faux leather that's cushioned too! Walls newly designed give you a caffe' restaurant feel & also newly remodeled bth rms are very sleek & clean & brightly lit that smells great! Motion sensored sinks to wash your hands. Soft soap feels great on hands & don't over clean your hands. Very moisturizing & doesn't have funny plastic smell, smells very natural. I'm love with Mc Donald's again. Very considerate ideal to help customers that are disabled & also customers who have been shopping all day/coming from work/school that has been on the feet a long time & walking. Clean air! Nice & quiet! Very peaceful so you can unwine & enjoy your meal. Especially for people who had been driving all day that want to get away from their car for a while & don't want to use the drive thru & stare at their wheel while they eat. Good scenery as always & even better now with newly designed interior. Very clean outside windows as usual on the 1st & 2nd floor. Refaced the parking lot & drive thru as well. Smiling faces always welcoming you. Very warm cozy environment to get away from any stressors. Calm place to begin/end the day/recharge during lunch. Very good Aura environment! Best Mc Donald's I've ever seen in the United States ever!...

When I say I am furious about the customer service I received today. I stop by at 1:02 placed an order for take out. I ordered on the kiosk & chose to pay at the counter. An Hispanic gentleman ( mind you I’m old enough to be his mother) walked by me twice & said nothing. It was not until the manager said “can you help the customer at the counter” that someone acknowledged me. Even after she said it he waited an 5 minutes before coming over. I handed him my receipt he responded by saying “ that was rude you didn’t have to had it to me like that”. I responded by saying you walked by me twice never said anything didn’t even say hello when you came up here. He walked away from me & said “I’m not dealing with this” & the manager came up rang me up & did not apologize for how he spoke to me. I received my food & asked the young lady what is the gentlemen name she walked up to him & whispered something & instead of telling me his name walk to the counter & helped someone else. Every time I go to this restaurant I have a problem. Either I have to wait over 10 minutes for my food or there’s never anyone at the counter. As I stated before I will not be patronizing this restaurant anymore due t how rude the staffing was. I wish I could...

THIS IS ABOUT THE MANAGER, MY FRIEND’S SON WAS TOLD TO ‘COME FOR AN INTERVIEW AT SUCH & SUCH A TIME!’… HE ARRIVED EARLY, WAS POLITE & ‘SHE JUST HANDED HIM A PAPER & TOLD HIM TO ‘FILL OUT THE SAME INFO HE FILLED OUT ONLINE!!’… MY FRIEND WHO IS A ‘HARD WORKING, YOUNG WIDOWED MOM OF 3(OLDEST IS THIS 17 yo YOUNG MAN), PAID ‘$22.72 FOR A LYFT TO GET HIM THERE & $19.99 TO GET HOME-5 MINUTES LATER AFTER JUST GETTING ‘A PAPER TO FILL OUT!!!’… THIS IS WHAT MAKES ‘YOUNG MEN, ESPECIALLY YOUNG BLACK MEN, TRYING TO ‘FIND A WAY, ‘GET DISCOURAGED’ BECAUSE THEY ARE ‘IMMEDIATELY JUDGED BY APPEARANCE, SHOOED AWAY & NOT GIVEN A CHANCE!!!’… COME TO FIND OUT, SEVERAL OF HIS FRIENDS SAID ‘THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM AT THIS LOCATION!!!’….
