Sabor Latino Bar/Rest — Restaurant in Upper Darby

I went there a while back with my sister, daughter and friend for an outing. The restaurant apparently had an infestation of roaches because one crawled across our table. When I got the manager's attention, he smashed it on the table with his hand. Now mind you, we had been coming to that restaurant quite often and the food had been good. We were visiting from FL and looking for a nice place to hear latin music and this place came up on our search. We did not mind a cover as most nice places charge for the ambience. Howver, this was NOT the case. The Expensive cover charge did not provide a variety of music nor an ambiance. The drinks are expensive AND obviously watered down. I had lunch there today. The food was very good, except there was a hair in the soup (soup broth was bomb). I let the waitress know I barely touched the soup before I saw the hair. She came back with the check, I gave her my card w/out rebuttal to see if they would be courteous enough to exclude the charge for the soup. They said they had to charge me for it.
