“We have weekly pizza night every Thursday. We enjoy this location’s service, hot pizza, and polite delivery people on a consistent basis. Sometimes the wait is long but we order at the dinner hour and I always forget to place the order sooner. The tracker is really cool.”
**EDIT: I took 2 stars off of my review due to our experiences the past 3 weeks in a row. 1st time pizza was overcooked to the point where the crust edges were blackened. I didn’t call the store on this occasion....figured it was an anomaly.
Following week the slices of pizza were jumbled, many on top of each other to the point where some slices had no cheese. This pizza was VERY overcooked and to the point where pizza was mostly inedible. It was was almost 8PM and my kids had to get ready for bed so no time to order a brand new pizza. Instead I called the store and they offered me a free medium 2 topping pizza at another time but I’d have to call the store for it when placing another order.(We order online.) The manager said we’d have to call and specifically state that we wanted to use that “credit.” Really? That’s a pain, especially when it was their mistake. My kids are 12.....they want the same thing every time-a large thin n crispy plain cheese pizza. They don’t want a 2 topping pizza. That’s so rigid and not enough retribution in my opinion and I said so on the phone, directly to the manager.
We decided to give it another try last week after the kids begged me. The outer third of the pizza (bread part underneath as well as crust.) Ugh. This was the 3rd time in a row we’ve had issues and I was very disappointed with the lack of concern or interest when I called to let Domino’s know. Read moreThis location has really gone downhill. I used to enjoy ordering from here until this past weekend, which will be the last time. I ordered on the website.. two medium pizzas - one with sausage, peppers, and onion and the second one with just peppers and onions. 1 diet coke, 1 coke zero, 2 waters. I also ordered a garlic dipping sauce. I pulled up for carside delivery. The kid comes out with just two pizzas. I said that I ordered drinks and a garlic dipping sauce. He asks me which drinks I ordered. I was like everything is on the receipt. (Like did they look?) He came back with two regular cokes and a water. I said I asked for diet and coke zero and two waters. He goes we don't have diet coke, I said ok..so do you have coke zero? His response - they are the same thing. NO THEY AREN'T! I was beyond frustrated. He literally thought it was so funny. Fast forward, I get home..and they made one of the pizzas wrong - and added sausage to the pizza that wasn't supposed to have sausage. It was 9:30pm and I called - I spoke to one guy who maybe was to most ignorant, rudest person I have ever talked to. He goes we aren't refunding you..the best we can do is remake it. I said I don't want it remade. Just refund the pizza. He hung up on me. I called again....I asked for the person that hung up on me.. he hung up on me again.. Read moreDidn't really know how to rate with stars here is why Bad experience turned good because of manager- Ordered two pizzas , came on time driver was nice- The box was crushed he told me to check pizza call if problem and they would return. Once inside checked pizza it was in fact messed up , all cheese and toppings were stuck to top of crushed box,leaving no cheese at all on pizza. I called and let the young man who answered know what happened he said he would talk to his manager and call right back. I had not heard from him and hour later so I called back and was sent to manager right away. The manager was very nice , asked what happened apologized for everything that happened. I let her know that at this point since two hours had passed since original order, I would just like to be refunded for the one pizza. She said she could put it on my account or refund the card. I said to refund card please as I was in no rush to return. As we started process she told me not to worry at all, the entire order would be refunded and she hoped they would not loose me as a customer. I was genuinely surprised and pleased.
