CVS deals in health products and services. You'd think they'd want to have a special appeal to sick or older people. I was in the store recently and needed to use the rest room. There were at least eight staff people in the pharmacy area at the rear of the store, just beside the rest rooms, which were locked. When I asked an employee about the rest room she said she'd get someone to unlock it. Nothing happened. Everntually I asked another employee. He said he'd call someone from the front end to unlock it.
Have you been to a CVS lately? If so, you know how hard it is to find a human being at the front end; they've been replaced by checkout machines. So the idle employees who were a few steps away from the rest rooms had to call someone from the other end of the store. Eventually an employee arrived and unlocked the door. Success? No, there was no toilet paper. I had to make do using those seat covers for toilet paper.
I doubt I'll return to that user-unfriendly CVS. I miss...
Read moreIt is IMPOSSIBLE to call and speak to a human at the pharmacy. The automated menu when you call is complete trash and I have waste SO MUCH TIME every month trying to get my prescriptions refilled because EVERY MONTH I have the same issue getting one refilled (which is on their end) that could be easily resolved with a one minute phone call to an actual person.
ETA: the following month after initial review. Another month, another issue. I finally asked the pharmacist in person what I can do to make sure these get filled every month without issue and said THERE. WAS. NOTHING. I donât think she really even understood the issue and just thought I was being difficult or irrational. I left feeling embarrassed in front of other customers and dismissed by the staff. Unbelievable. Iâll tell you what can be done to resolve your issues here. Find another pharmacy that treats you...
Read moreThis is the worst service I ever experienced from a CVS pharmacy. I had to visit three times for a medicine they said was ready. In one instance they gave my prescription away because they said I did not pick it up right away. I went in 6 hours after I called it in and apparently that was too much timeâŚabsolutely ridiculous. When I finally went to pick up my prescription they got my insurance information mixed up somehow and insisted my medicine was not covered until they hesitantly agreed to check my insurance card and realized it was wrong. Horrible customer service! Stay away and take your business to either another CVS pharmacy or a competitor.
